Schönberg is just a few kilometers away from the recreational area on the Erbeskopf. So this is exactly the right starting point for cycling tours, hikes, walks through the forests or along the Moselle. The oldest city in Germany - Trier, as well as the city of Luxembourg or Bernkasel - Kues, are also within easy reach by car to explore. In addition to a newly designed playground for children, Schönberg also offers three vending machines with various supplies (directly at the entrance to the village).

"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). High above the Moselle, you will be floating in this newly renovated, very spacious accommodation, which used to be a quaint wine restaurant. From the terrace and the living room - the former guest room - you can see far over the Mosel loops near Tarben-Trarbach and the hills of the Eifel. There are two separate bedrooms, a large bathroom and in the living room next to a modern kitchen plenty of space to relax, dream, read and linger for two to five people.

We rent our vacation home, which we have decorated in a rustic style with, among other things, hunting decorations, to a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 5 people (possibly with a maximum of 2 pets) from 2 nights.

FeWo Luna: At the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park Gate

You will stay in a first-floor apartment (100m²) with a living-dining room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a storage room. The apartment was built in 1997 and renovated in 2025. The amenities include one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person. Additional towels or a change of linen can be provided for a fee. A cot and high chair can also be provided upon request.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
