Our 130-year-old historical monumental pavilion; is covered with stone walls, the ceiling and floor is wooden, its room with an original bathtub bathroom. It is 750 meters from the center of the island, surrounded by pine forests with sea views. Breakfast is included in our prices, we also provide catering for a fee. Our 10 meter long swimming pool in our garden, a very spacious balcony on the upper floor and our large fireplace are offered as common areas for a total of 4 rooms.

(🎶 We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Having its own private entrance, it is the detached first floor of a two-storey house. Located at a quiet street on the island, away from the daily crowd and tour paths, though just a 10 minutes walk to all amenities and centre, reachable without treading steep slopes. 60 square meter space is plain and bright, consists of two rooms, an open layout living room and dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

My house is located in the most elite of Büyükada, a few hundred meters from the coast, bazaar and piers. The apartment, which is all reserved for our guests, has two spacious bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. our pension is an old rum house. It is 50mt away from the beach. You can reach the restourants in a few steps and we are in the center of the island. Heybeliada's unique tabite can be reached without any transportation requirements. If they want to go to the beach, the beaches on the island have their own motor service and can be reached in a few steps.
