Emmlot Farm is perfect for 7 couples or 14 guests offering 7 separate Bedrooms with king/queen/double beds. (6 extra single beds can be set up upon request).

This stylish place is perfect for group trips. A getaway with friends enjoying all the Adelaide Hills has to offer. Relax in the large soaking bath or in front of the gas log fire. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. Provisions for a cooked breakfast is provided for the first 2 nights Enjoy a leisurely 12pm checkout Enjoy the heated indoor pool subject to availability. NOTE: Pool is booked Mon-Thurs 9am-8pm and Fri 9am-5pm. Outside of these hours guests have full access.

Stay in our spacious loft. Please note: NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private. Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services but a hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Spa cost included in nightly rate stay.

Upon arrival, guests will be treated to the Kingfisher Creek experience with an open fire, outdoor hot tub, comfortable furnishings, warm lighting, complimentary toiletries, fresh eggs, and bread to toast.
