Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Adelaide Hills Council

This was our second stay at Jason's house and it was perfect for our needs...close to the venue we were attending for the long weekend, warm and cosy, private, quiet and well set up for our dogs with a large enclosed back yard. The weather was ghastly so it was great to retreat to the house.

Our stay was comfortable and safe, and we look forward to staying in one of Lipings' houses next time we come to Adelaide.

We loved our stay at Kleins Haus Unit 2, as described, well presented, would stay again if the opportunity arises. Great enclosed backyard with seating and bbq, but because the weekend was extremely hot and had a wedding to attend didn't get to utilise. Unit 2 offers two car parking spaces which was great.

Beautiful place. Stunning views out over the valley. Pohs place was extremely well equipped with everything you could want and more. Poh was so easy to deal with and very responsive. We will be back

The hosts were so friendly and accomodating, and always quick to respond. Their house was just as described, it is in a lovely area and was clean and tidy with everything we needed. I would definitley love to stay again the next time i’m up in Mount Barker!

Had a wonderful 2 night stay at Moemoea Cottage. The cottage and surrounds are just beautiful and the cottage had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens. It rained the whole weekend which didn't bother us as we were there to relax and enjoy the warmth of the indoor fire. We made use of the umbrellas provided and walked up the hill to Tagai winery for lunch. It's also a lovely setting and the lunch and wine were great. Rebekah was easy to communicate with and we really appreciated the little touches and the bottle of wine gifted she gifted to us. I would not hesitate to recommend Moemoea Cottage to family and friends and would love to return myself in the future.

We had a lovely weekend stay at this beautiful property. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. My daughters and I felt right at home, and even our dog, Loki, had the best time exploring the yard and soaking up the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect spot to unwind and spend some quality time together. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a family- and pet-friendly getaway!

Max and Bridget were lovely hosts, have a beautiful house and a very cute dog! We enjoyed the stay there, it was as mentioned a really nice farm stay, quite private too. They provided breakfast which had delicious strawberries and nice loaf of bread as well. Charleston is equidistant from both the wine regions and some lovely wineries close by too. We especially loved the electric blankets as it got chilly during the nights. Thanks for the stay. Definitely recommend it :)

This is a beautiful place to stay, we did not want to leave. The photos and description do not do this justice. Peter was quick to help when I got lost. Could not recommend highly enough. A step back to a wonderful cottage feel with up to date amenities. Great place to base our selves for family visiting. It is so good to have a place that is 5 stars that is pet friendly. We chose this property based on its location, size and the fact it had a large pool for the kids – it did not disappoint on any of these. Location was great for us, albeit a little further out of the city but our priority was to be close to the beach and as it was only one block away, it was perfect. The property is about a 15min walk from Semaphore centre which has plenty of amenities, small supermarket, restaurants and shops and with Henley beach less than a 10 minute drive away, there are plenty of options. The property has lots of space, the four bedrooms were a good size. The living areas were substantial as were the outdoor areas. The property would benefit from some cosmetic work, some paint was peeling off in some areas but this did not detract in any way from our stay. We would certainly stay at this property again. A big thank you to our hosts ☺️

Thank you! What a fabulous place. We had an amazing stay here with our little pooch. The place was perfectly located in a gorgeous setting with everything (and more) that you would need for a relaxing stay. So many wonderful little extras and a breakfast feast to fill your tummy. Local produce and lots of cute little additions. We loved the surrounding space and the alpaca visit each morning. Great parking and super lovely hosts. We will be back for sure. Thank you ❤️

A really lovely hideaway in a beautiful, peaceful location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The wood fired heater will keep you well and truly warm in the winter. The nearby conservation park was great for dog walks as well. Great eating and coffee wasn’t faraway either. Fantastic that the cottage is dog friendly. Our dog loved it! All in all a great place for a break to get away from it all.

This is our second time staying at Ivan's and found it just as good as the previous time we there. The unit had everything to make our stay comfortable. Plus a good secure courtyard for our dog. Ivan is a great host and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again and will also recommend it to friends.

Beautiful home and garden to spend a few days recouping. David was very responsive with questions and any issues were quickly resolved. Location is perfect for visiting the Adelaide Hills. Wineries on your doorstep. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The barn with games and bbq kept us entertained.

We had a lovely stay at Rhonda's house. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable and is in an amazing location - just a few mins walk to Hahndorf main street and the amazing restaurants and shops. The surroundings were peaceful, the beds super comfy and Rhonda was really responsive and friendly. We had a great time and would love to revisit.

Beautiful cosy place to stay, in a peaceful setting but still close to everything, with great pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby. Also there is a great walking track right near the cottage to explore. Was lovely to be able to take our little dog with us as well.

A beautiful and charming house which made for the perfect stay for my family in the Adelaide hills! The booking and check in process was seamless and Tina was a great host. We would book again.
