Holiday rentals with beach access in Adelianos Kampos

Es war so schön dort! Die perfekte Kombination aus Strand, Meer und Stadt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Strand direkt vor der Nase, aber gleichzeitig kann man ein paar Minuten zu Fuß laufen und durch die vielen Touri Shops bummeln. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Auch Restaurants, Cafes und Strandbars sind in der Nähe. Der Strand ist sauber und man kann schön ins Wasser gehen. Das Stadtzentrum ist nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und ich habe gesehen dass es auch eine super Busanbindung gibt. Zudem war Georgios super nett. Ohne Nachfragen hat er uns so viele Tipps für die Umgebung geschickt, die echt hilfreich waren. Sonntags gab es leider wegen starkem Wind Sahara Staub der mit einer Regenschauer runterkam und die tolle Terasse war komplett braun und nicht mehr nutzbar. Wir haben Georgios angeschrieben und er war innerhalb kürzester Zeit da um die Terasse wieder sauber zu machen. Einfach ein riesiges Dankeschön für alles, es war ein toller Urlaub:)

From Sunrise to Sunset the North facing second floor apartment and balcony offered incredible panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Rethymnon Marina and Fortezza … absolutely no issues or problems with check in, in/out access with secure gated and covered garage parking … comfortable bed, quite building, hot water shower/sinks, flawless high speed internet, excellent cable TV, soft linens, sheets and pillows 5⭐️!

Ravis de notre séjour ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis, avec des spécialités sucrées et salées sur la table ! Des sodas et des fruits dans le frigidaire. Il ne manquait rien. Un parc magnifique avec des oliviers, orangers….. avec une vue sur la mer au loin. Un grand restaurant juste en face. Très bien situé pour visiter les alentours . Prévoir juste un véhicule pour aller faire les courses . Je recommande

Die Unterkunft von Maria sah wie auf den Bildern aus. Schön, modern und sehr sauber. Und innerhalb von 2 min ist man am Strand. Auch die Kommunikation lief sehr einfach ab. Wir würden diese AirBnB immer wieder nehmen. Können diese wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Wer gern für sich ist und weg vom Tourismus will ist hier genau richtig. Die Unterkunft war sauber und absolut ausreichend. Der Whirlpool war unser Highlight.

From arrival to check in to departure, everything was made smooth by Stella & Manos. We had an issue with our flights being changed and we ended up arriving a night before and Stella & Manos made arrangement where we could stay somewhere next door until our room was ready the next day. Their customer service was beyond expectation and their hospitality was amazing. I would definitely recommend this studio. It is also only 8 min walk to the beach and all the resturants nearby ❤️ Thank you Stella & Manos for this wonderful stay and for making it less stressful for us! Love, Nila & Anton

Es waren unglaubliche Zeit bei Georgios, die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Nicht mal 1 Minute Fußweg zum Strand. Für mich persönlich war die Küche super ausgestattet selten so erlebt. Es war sehr sauber und Georgios war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung sowie fürs zum Essen gegeben. Jede Empfehlung war wirklich sehr gut. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Was uns persönliches Highlight war, das wir aus dem Bett das Meer sehen & hören konnten, das war unglaublich. Die Wohnung ist einem sehr gut Zustand und zu dem sehr sauber. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diese wunderschöne Zeit bei dir.

We hebben zeer genoten van dit verblijf in Rethimnon! Heerlijke bedden, warm water, een ruim balkon.. en een grote ruimte met sportapparatuur, een TV met streamingsdiensten om 's avonds even bij te komen. Zeer luxe! Georgios en zijn vrouw zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de beste hosts die je je maar kunt wensen. De locatie is rustig en net iets buiten het centrum. Voorzieningen zoals een supermarkt, strand en boulevard zijn op loopafstand vanaf het appartement. Enige nadeel waren de wegwerkzaamheden rondom, wat wel invloed had op het uitzicht. Al met al een fantastisch verblijf en kan deze dan ook honderd procent aanbevelen!

This was the best Airbnb we've stayed at. Lovely village with restaurants, a bakery and markets for most of what you'd need. On arrival the house had been generously stocked with more than we expected. Argiro and her family were very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend Iro House. Thanks so much Argiro, we will be back!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Meer – perfekt, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben den Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub am Strand.

Desiree was an impeccable accommodation. The place was everything we could have dreamed of and more…location, decor & special touches were top notch. The host Maria was responsive, and her helper Manousos was the nicest man who met us to provide the keys and showed us the place. We loved that this place also comes with parking. Maria’s mom had put together 3 containers of her chicken and potatoes for my family upon arrival. We were also treated with a bottle of wine, snacks, fruits, and bottled water. A water gun was left for our son. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Chania.

My husband and I travelled to Crete for a wedding. I didn’t take too much time looking into where to stay, so when we arrived and saw the quality of the apartment and location I was incredibly proud of myself. Our host Manos was helpful and quick to respond to our requests and needs. Our home from home was beyond clean, incredibly well stocked and the location was unparalleled. Beds were comfortable and linen was great quality. Cupboards were well stocked with spices and oils, there was a beautiful basket of fruit and you can even purchase a well stocked bottle of wine. If I could give this gem of an Airbnb a 6 I would. I shall be visiting again. Thank you Manos for all your top recommendations and advice.

The Location was amazing. Quite and private. Everything was amazing there was nothing to complain about probably the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. Marianna is absolutely amazing. The sweetest and most caring host ever. She gave us so many recommendations and was beyond helpful. I would recommend mend this place to everyone!!

Отличное расположение. Второй этаж дома с отдельным входом. На первом этаже живут родители хозяина. Очень приятные люди. Из дома есть прямой выход на пляж в ~200 метрах. Очень удобно! Все фотографии соответствует действительности и все кондиционеры работают и отлично справляются в жаркую погоду!

Absolutely loved this airbnb. Small deck overlooking the Chania Bay lighthouse and all the restaurants surrounding the bay. Airbnb at end and had a great restaurant (with blue chairs) that had great food. Beds were comfortable and back bedroom was very quiet as well. The owner met us at check-in and explained everything. Top deck was very nice to sit, my husband actually pulled out his laptop and worked on the table for awhile. He was in heaven. But we enjoyed sitting on small deck off living space too. Husband and myself w our two young adult children loved that we were so close to everything. Do not hesitate to book this airbnb.

This is absolutely our favorite Airbnb that we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). The place is adorable. Katerina is very responsive and lives right by the apartment. The view is wonderful, and both the living room and twin bedroom have doors that open onto that view. It has everything you need and more, with Katerina providing treats and even cereal and milk for that first morning. The air conditioning worked well, but there is also a lovely breeze from the sea. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just below the apartment as well as with 5 and 10 minutes walk in Old Town. It would be comfortable for a couple and a third person (such as a child) or two people, each with their own room. The washing machine was great to have, and you can dry clothes on the lines off the balcony. We did not want to leave.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren 12-tägigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist toll - nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt und trotzdem 15 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Einchecken mit schlüsselbox und Beschreibung war super einfach. Der Gastgeber hat immer extrem schnell geantwortet. Und ich meine wirklich schnell- ich habe nie länger als ein paar Minuten auf eine Reaktion gewartet. Er hat mir mit allen Fragen und Anliegen geholfen und mir sogar einem Regenschirm ausgeliehen und eine Yogamatte für meine Zeit besorgt. Wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und immer zur stelle! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem (das finde ich immer wichtig!). Das Sofa ist schon etwas durchgesessen - aber es hat mich nicht gestört. Die Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen richtigen Herd, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle (die ich aber nicht benutz habe). Der Balkon ist groß und man hat morgens bis zum frühen Nachmittag sonne. Auf dem 2. Balkon gibts auch noch eine Waschmaschine!

Tasos est un hôte extrêmement accueillant. À notre arrivée tardive, nous avons trouvé un frigo et un congélateur généreusement garni. Des fruits, des confitures, des biscottes et des boissons fraîches et chaudes nous attendaient. Et Tasos a été absolument adorable pour nous faciliter le séjour. Nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants. Son appartement est très agréable , le jacuzzi et la vue magnifique en font une perle rare. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, encore plus appréciée grâce aux nombreux détails auxquels Tasos a pensé.

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandros’s place! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The villa itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, but the real highlight was the stunning outdoor space and private pool – we truly didn’t want to leave. Alexandros was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving us a selection of delicious local treats. We had everything we needed and more. The location is peaceful and offers a beautiful sea view thanks to its position on a hill – it feels like a little slice of paradise. It’s just a short drive to the charming town of Rethymno, which has plenty of great places to eat, shop, and explore. There are also supermarkets nearby if you’d rather cook and enjoy meals at the lovely villa. Do note that you’ll definitely need a car, as the villa is a bit uphill and not walkable from town – but the view and tranquility are well worth it. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Anna was a super helpful host. We worked from her place for a week. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. It’s only a short walk into town - which is very charming. The beach across the road has crystal clear water - even if there is some debris on the sand. The road is a bit noisy - but the doors keep out the noise. Anna’s place is spacious and very well appointed with everything you could need. Thanks to Anna for the late check out as well!
