Just 5 minutes from the city center of Haarlem, in the cosy but quite neighborhood "the Leidsebuurt" you can find a totally renovated apartment in my house. Guests have a separate entrance. I live on the second and third floor. Total of 50 m2 studio incl. luxurious private bathroom with bath. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven/microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and an electric cooker. 25 km from Amsterdam and the beach and dunes are 7 km. 2 bicycles available for free.

There is free parking on the premises and there is a private terrace. Heemstede Aerdenhout station is across the street where you can rent bicycles (max. 20 minutes cycling to Zandvoort, 10 minutes cycling to Haarlem!). 23 minutes by train to Amsterdam. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

It has two bedrooms with down duvets and pillows, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with bath and separate shower. The apartment is totally renovated and has a new kitchen. It has full privacy. It is located close to the railroad and the railway station, Amsterdam Central Station only 15min. The apartment is on the first floor.

The studio is just 20 meters from the Spaarne river. The Droste Boulevard is a car-free zone and located on the former premises of the famous Droste Chocolate Factory. Behind the studio there is free parking. The studio has a private entrance, private shower and toilet and one room with a kingsize bed and an extra sleeping couch for 2 persons. (max 4 persons) ideal for families. Also there is a kitchenette with everything to prepare an easy meal or breakfast.

Our house is located in the beautiful Kleverpark, within walking distance of the center of Haarlem and the Centraal Station. Beach, dunes and forest in the nearby area, ideal for hiking and biking. A bike rental is nearby.
