On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom with shower and large living room. There is a possibility of sleeping space in the living room (sofa bed) Exit to south-facing enclosed garden with terrace and small lawn. Parking in front of the house on a quiet street.

Lovely little townhouse in Marstal. The house has been newly renovated, with respect for the soul of the house, which makes it cozy and nice to stay in. The house is one of the smallest townhouses in Marstal, with its 21 sqm in floor plan, but the house has a good ceiling height and a really good use of the space, which gives the feeling of good space. The house also has a conservatory and a lovely little courtyard. The townhouse is located 40 meters from the pedestrian street, 250 meters from the harbor, and a little kilometer from the lovely beach by the beautiful bathhouses.

The house is filled with atmosphere and its many rooms are ideal for family cozy moments. It's only a few minutes by bike to the beach. The warm summer evenings are perfect to enjoy in the outdoor living room, which is an extension of the house's kitchen. The good weather can also be enjoyed from the terrace in the house's enclosed garden. In addition, the house has both a flat screen and fiber broadband/wireless network.

Beautiful little fisherman's house located right by Sønderrenden, the most idyllic place in Marstal. Marstal is a cozy town with shopping, cafes and restaurants. The house is located right down to the harbor, 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, Eriks Hale and close to Marstal Maritime Museum, Motorfabrikken Marstal and good playgrounds. The house is suitable for couples or a small family. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor has just been renovated and therefore looks nice and comfortable.

Bedstehuset is a small two-story townhouse from the 1880s located on a small cozy cobblestone street. There is a new kitchen and a completely new 1st floor with three bedrooms and a lounge with TV/DVD player. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a shower. The living room is decorated in true grandmother style, with private decoration/furnishings. We think that makes the house cozy for our guests too. Dining table with space for 6 people overlooking the courtyard. The cozy enclosed courtyard with garden furniture is freely available.

There is a dishwasher and American fridge/freezer 2 nice bedrooms with Hästens double beds, as well as bunk beds in one room. Nice bathroom with washing machine and dryer. There is a small cozy courtyard, which is available to the guests of the house. Free Wi-Fi and great parking options.

Charming authentic townhouse in the middle of Ærøskøbing

Here you can stay in one of the medieval city center townhouses, equipped with modern amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine and underfloor heating. From the cobbled street, you enter through the authentic door. A good sturdy staircase leads to the 1st floor with two bedrooms, each with a wide double bed. The ground floor contains living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and exit to the sunny garden. We are very thankful for the Arrebo family "getaway" and welcome you!

Vi købte i 2024 vores drømmebyhus i Marstal på Ærø! På Ærø er der så hyggeligt og roligt og det vil vi rigtig gerne dele med andre. Her kan I virkelig koble fra og komme helt ned i et ferietempo, der ikke kan fås mange andre steder. Der er rigeligt at opleve på øen. Om du er til kajak, vandreture, strand eller museumsbesøg. Vi giver jer gerne fif til dagsture :) I huset er der plads til 6 personer. I er velkommen til at skrive, hvis I har spørgsmål til huset, byen eller øen.

Lovely townhouse close to harbor and beach

Parking is allowed in front of the house. If I don't have the opportunity to be there when the guests arrive, you will get a code for a key box, which hangs to the left when you stand in front of the front door. The code for the internet is in the top left corner of the white cabinet in the living room. You leave the house cleaned, but little else is agreed upon. The dishwasher, refrigerator and trash can are emptied. Bed linen, towels or tea towels are not included.
