The old Frutigland Chalet was completely renovated in 2005. The landlords live on the upper floor of the house. We speak German, French, English and Italian. We guarantee the tenants an unforgettable vacation with valuable tips for excursions and hikes. Ideal for 2 people, possibly with toddler. The cozily furnished 2-room apartment is on the first floor with direct access to the private garden seating with a grill. Here you have a magnificent view of the mountains. Free covered carport.

The 2-room apartment is a bit elevated, however, centrally located in Reichnbach in the Kandertal. The ski resorts in the Oberland are within easy reach. Adelboden 23km, Grindelwald 36km. In summer, well-known hiking spots can also be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes. The property was gently renovated at the end of 2019 and also offers a fully equipped kitchen, which will also meet higher standards. The lovely chalet is situated in the pre-alps of the Bernese Oberland at about 1000m above sea level, about 10min by car away from the next village, where you can find almost everything you need. The chalet is in a rural area with a lot of farmers around. It's a quiet place with a lot of space arround the house for children to play. Of course it is also a good base, from where you can explore the region by foot, by bike or by car.

The chalet "Villa Chalchsaati" is located in the Kandertal on a plateau 1000mas, directly opposite the Niesen, so called largest natural pyramid in Europe. The property is bordered by a romantic stream and includes a forest to promote biodiversity. The sparsely populated agricultural area is a 15-minute drive from the Spiez motorway exit and is therefore located in the center of the famous places of the Bernese Oberland.

Unser Haus liegt sehr ruhig, unterhalb der Hauptstrasse und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. „Studio Lerche“ Das Studio ist etwa 45m2 gross und verfügt über einen Wohn/Schlafbereich, eine kleine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Vor der Wohnung hat es eine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen und wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Berge und den Thunersee! Es stehen oben an der Strasse private Parkplätze für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung.
