Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Afissos

We had a great time in the apartment, Alexandros made sure we had everything we needed. We always had breakfast on the terrace. We enjoyed the beautiful beach just a 5-minute walk away, where we went down every morning for a swim. The area is quiet and the Kioupi tavern below us did not cause any disturbance. We went down several times for dinner. We rented a scooter and reached different beaches and enchanting landscapes every day. A beautiful vacation. We would gladly come back

Central, but quiet, peaceful and very clean accomodation. Everything you might need, was there. Walking distance through Volos. Private parking. Great and friendly and always reachable host. Perfect stay. We stayed for one night only, because we wanted to reach the first ferry in the morning. Two minutes ride to the port of Volos.

We had a wonderful stay in Skiathos! The host was fantastic — very welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The apartment, a cosy basement space, was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The real highlight was the stunning garden overlooking the Aegean Sea — absolutely breathtaking and the perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. 5 stars!

Veronica was very communicative and responsive to our questions. She even took initiative to contact us first about directions and our meeting to get the keys, which we highly appreciated. When we finally met, she greeted us with the warmest smile and some nice pastry treats !

Niki’s place was a great place to stay in Skiathos - a couple minutes walk from the centre and 15 min walk from a really nice beach. Very good facilities available and comfy bed. Was very easy to find and not far from the port. Would stay again 😊

Olga was a great host, was quick to respond and had great recommendations for the surrounding areas. The apartment had everything we needed and even more, like games, cards and an umbrella we could take to the beach. It was an overall great experience

Lovely apartment, beautiful garden with several seats. 100 meters to the left the cozy town with boulevard and shops. 100 meters to the right a very nice quiet beach. Location is quiet but everything is close. House was exceptionally well equipped. Everything was present from beach stuff to cozy outdoor candles, well-equipped kitchen. Totally great!

The stay was great easy check in and out. The host was friendly and generous, everything was clean and the instructions were clear, great stay.

We adored our stay at Thavama Summer House. The location and view from the living room are stunning, and I could have sat there for hours!🌊🍋 The accommodation iwas clean, bright, comfortable and we felt right at home- with everything you need for a stay. The terrace is so lovely to sit out on for any time of day. 💛 The location is peaceful, however there is a kiosk only a 3 minute walk away, a gorgeous beach 5 minutes away, and you are only 10 minutes away from the beautiful town and harbour. We didn’t have a car and everything was so accessible by foot.There is also a bus stop right outside and the bus links are excellent and such a good price! 🐚🚌 Thanasis is such a responsive and friendly host- answering our questions, including about transport from the airport, he came over to show us how to use the thermostat as we asked about this, and had the property cleaned, linens changed, etc, halfway through our stay! 💕 Check-in and finding the house was easy. Great accommodation on every level! Just like in the photos, the space was very comfortable, spotless, with traditional aura and modern comforts. Great location, breathtaking views and very close to the center of the village. Dimitris is immediately available always, very kind and willing to inform us. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and a very private location. Views are breathtaking! Felt like at home as the house was well equipped and spacious. Amazing and very supportive communication. The most beautiful locations in Eastern Pilion are nearby such as Milopotamos beach, Fakistra beach, Tsagarada Platia. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing place for stay in Volos. Cleaning and organising.

Peaceful location with stunning views . I arrived late & Jaqueline was waiting for me , she was incredibly helpful, warm and friendly throughout the stay & nothing was too much trouble. . The apartment was clean & well equipped , close to troulos beach with a bus stop right at the bottom of the drive to Skiathos. The hill up to the apartment is a challenge but it kept me fit walking up it a few times a day. Highly recommend staying here & will definitely return. Thank you Jaqueline 😊

Stunning little balcony with sea view in a quiet little corner. The host had recommended the right restaurants next door. Beach accessible by a small path 5’away and at the return alfresco shower at the bottom of the house. So cool!

Our stay at Villa Marina on Skiathos was beyond all our expectations. Marina and her mother Morfo were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay. Thank you for everything! The accommodation is clean, tidy, and has everything you need. The nights spent on the balcony with a view of the sea were unforgettable. The villa is in an ideal location, so all the beaches, both north and south of the island, are close by. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and in the future, it will be the only accommodation I choose when returning to Skiathos.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 12 days because we wanted to spend our vacation in a city; we had a wonderful time in Dimitrios' apartment, it is very spacious and through the balcony/terrace with the plants that is very private, we imagined ourselves in a garden! In the evening we saw the lights on the Pilion mountains, which made the balcony/terrace even more romantic. The apartment is in a neighborhood where everything is close by; bakery, supermarkets etc, you can also walk to the harbor and the promenade. We rented a car with which we drove around the Pilion mountains, including visiting the beautiful Makrinitsa, and various beaches including Kala Nerá. Dimitrios is an accessible, sweet host who is happy to help you if you have any questions. We will definitely come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! First of all, the impeccable cleanliness of the place made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The view from the house is simply stunning, a true haven of peace that invites relaxation. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available to answer our questions and provide us with tips about the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location is perfect, close to Volos, allowing us to enjoy both the tranquility of the place and the easy access to the city. We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!
