Η συγκεκριμένη σουίτα είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη, βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο ενός τριώροφου κτηρίου το οποίο απαρτίζεται από συνολικά τρείς σουίτες , μια στον κάθε όροφο . Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο τζακούζι . Η σουίτα διαθέτει κρεβάτι διάστασης 160x200 με στρώμα και μαξιλάρια αφρού μνήμης istikbal.

Το σπίτι είναι καινούργιο και έτοιμο να φιλοξενήσει τους επισκέπτες που θέλουν να χαλαρώσουν και να απολαύσουν τις διακοπές τους δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Η γειτονιά είναι πολύ φιλόξενη και ήσυχη,100 μέτρα από το γραφικό λιμανάκι του Κολυμπαρίου και 20 μέτρα μακρυά από την παραλία. Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι θα βρείτε σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακείο, γυμναστήριο, φούρνο, καφέ, παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες, μαγαζί με φρέσκα φρούτα και λαχανικά καθώς και μαγαζί με φρέσκα ψάρια.
