Not overlooked. 10 minutes walk from the city center, the bike path, the Corniche going to Marseillan. 5 minutes walk to the theater of the sea ( festivals like Jazz in Sète, Fiest 'à Sète, When I think of Fernande...) 10 min walk to the coves and 2 km to the sandy beaches. Come and recharge your batteries in the mountains! The cottage Bergous is located in a 17th century farm in a beautiful walking district. The gite has a kitchen-living room with a mezzanine with a double bed. The toilets are accessible from the outside and the private shower is located in another building nearby. Enjoy the smells, colors and sounds of nature! Your pet, one per cottage is welcome (5€or 10€). WiFi is there, but weak here.

Private entrance, no adjoining wall with the villa A terrace with table under the pergola is reserved for you. bed linens are available. This is not a studio, so there is no real kitchen or sink. However, the space at the back is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes. Sugar, tea, coffee capsules available.

Due to the current health situation, the household is strengthened. The accommodation is located on a condominium of a private street, in the famous district of the new town hall. A small outdoor area in our garden is reserved for you. It enjoys good accessibility to public transportation (tram - 3 minutes' walk) , downtown (10 minutes' walk), sea (15 minutes' drive), and all amenities.
