If I could give Andreas more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. This was one of our best Airbnb stays ever, thanks to Andrea’s hospitality, attention to detail, and warmth. Don’t hesitate — book now.

The place was large, spacious, clean, and safe. Great area with easy walk to pretty much everything. Theo was very responsive. The rules were not overwhelming and very reasonable. I think if you’re in Athens for a few days with more than 2 people this place is definitely it!

Anna and Teo were very responsive and helpful, especially with a tour guide and pickup at the port and drop off at the airport. Very nice to provide little snack and drink gifts too. Perfect location - close to everything.

Think about your best AirBnb experience - then multiply that by TEN. That’s the level of experience you can expect when booking Agathi’s incredible place. Agathi’s communication was great. We arrived late in the evening, and not only did she wait up for us, she even had her own father escort us up the last turnoff, since it can be difficult to see the right road in the dark. Then her family stopped by in the morning to provide breakfast to our family. We never expected any of this. By the time we had to leave, we felt like Agathi was family. My only regret is that we had already booked activities in Athens for a couple days, when we really could have just stayed and enjoyed the AirBnb and all its amenities a little more. We felt like we had our own private resort! Shall we do the pool today? Hot tub? Or snorkle the Aegean today? Sunrises from the patio! Amazing restaurants close by! And don’t miss the Poseidon Temple! This was an epic experience that all other AirBnbs will be measured

We had a great time. Everything was super smooth. Communication excellent and clear, check-in no problem. The location is unbeatable in Athens. Everything walking distance, fantastic food places all around. Would come back anytime!

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Souzanna’s apartment! They were very accomodating with my late check in time, and met me on arrival, where I was given the full house tour. I loved that they had music playing when I arrived so it already felt like home. The place is bigger than I expected, with interesting decorations all around the flat, there would be an item of interest for everyone to find. Very comfy couch. There were ear plugs provided which was helpful as it’s on street level. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

The accommodation was impeccably comfortable and in a convenient quiet location. Filyo was willing, polite and always willing to help. The wonderful view and the beautiful pool made our stay special. We will definitely choose it again and recommend it to others. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is an absolutely fabulous property. It is not only immaculately clean, airy and spacious, but tastefully decorated inside and out. We particularly appreciated that there is a fenced perimeter, enabling us to bring our little dog. The outside BBQ and seating area is a real bonus. The only drawback is it is rather time consuming to get to the centre of Athens by public transport ( and tricky to travel with a dog). However, the quality of the home, peaceful surroundings and kindness of the hosts more than made up for this.

I’m not good at writing reviews but, I’ll say this-I felt safe after a day or two! It took awhile getting used to Greek formalities but overall-I would stay there again!

What a wonderful place to stay with such beautiful hosts! The place is so charming and Froso is so caring and thoughtful. The close proximity to the city centre is perfect yet you feel nicely secluded away from the hustle and bustle. I recommend this place so highly!

I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to Mr. Evangelos. The space he provided us was excellent. Everything was so meticulously planned, down to the smallest detail. We immediately felt at home as if it were our own house and we thought that in the future we can use the accommodation again on our holidays! A wonderful accommodation that relaxes and relieves you. Everything was spotless and in every corner of the house there were beautiful details that give it an unforgettable character. The highlight was the two permanent tenants of the house, two wonderful cats that kept us company always discreetly with their caresses and their pranks. The purpose of our trip was to attend a concert at the Lycabettus Theatre. We didn’t expect the apartment to be as perfect as it was! The apartment is clean, trendy, cool from the air con and the private pool was just the best!!! We loved the area, with it being slightly out the way from city centre. Kolanaki has so much hidden gems with great food spots! Thank you for having us X

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

This villa is a little gem! Amazing views, gorgeous rooftop pool, beautiful landscaping, and the house full of character - we loved every moment we spent there. Our host Nasos sent us a lot of information about the area before we arrived, so planning our vacation was a breeze (pun intended)! We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

Absolutely beautiful home. Breathtaking. The pictures, although lovely, do not do this place justice, it is amazing. Don't think twice, just book it! So much space for my 2 boys to move around, and the pook and hot tub were great, along with the views! Cant say enough about this home, I look forward to returning. Host was super accomodating and gave great recommendations. 10/10

John is an amazing host! Very kind and hospitable. John is communicative and responsive, John shared recommendations from bakeries, to markets, to beach clubs, and restaurants. House is in a peaceful, safe, and quiet local neighborhood in Agia Marina. House, amenities, backyard, and pool as described and even better in person. Master bedroom shower so unique! Good water pressure. Mini market 12 minute walk away for waters, beers, snacks. Full grocery store close by too. 15/20 minute taxi to good restaurants and beach clubs. There is a washer machine in the unit. AC works well and very comfortable to sleep at night.

Olga was a very responsive host. Amazing location with stunning sunsets. Great location to explore the island. 10mins drive from port with lots of restaurants and shops. Recommend suitable 4x4 to explore the island, given there are dirt roads. Highly recommend Kea and this stunning villa.
