Apartment holiday rentals in Agioi Anargyroi

My boyfriend and I came on holiday for 5 days to Athens and the apartment was perfect for us. It was in a decent location just a couple minutes walk from the metro and had a large balcony we could relax on in the evening. The bed was also very comfy and the apartment was spotless throughout. Will definitely return next time we are in Athens.

Για τέτοιους οικοδεσπότες δεν χρειάζονται πολλά λόγια!! Με κέρδισαν με τον τρόπο τους με το σπίτι με τις οδηγίες. Με έκαναν να μην χρειαστεί ποτέ ξανά να κλείσω κάπου αλλού. Βρήκα το σπίτι που θα κλείνω κάθε φορά που έρχομαι στην Αθήνα. Παιδιά μπράβο σας είσαστε καταπληκτικοί. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!🙏🤝🏽🫶

Alexandros is a great host. The apartment offers everything one needs. It is close to the Metro Station Kato Patissia and the neighborhood is safe. There is a super tasty Bangladeshi restaurant about five minutes away. We will gladly come back!

Ένα πολύ όμορφο καθαρό και λειτουργικό διαμέρισμα σε μια περιοχή με πολλές δραστηριότητες , με μια πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική οικοδέσποινα, σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσω και στο μέλλον

Ο χώρος ήταν άψογος. Ο κύριος Θάνος και η κυρία Κατερίνα ήταν πολύ βοηθητικοί. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο και cozy και η περιοχή ήταν πολύ ήσυχη ασφαλής. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε.

We enjoyed our stay at Elena’s apartment very much. Everything was as described. Very spacious, clean apartment. Perfect facilities for our 3 night stay. We appreciated all of the thoughtful homely touches that made our stay very comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and we found parking very easily. Very convenient location to take the train into the center.

Andreas is a great host and I’m so glad that he and the neighbourhood is so pet friendly (we traveled along with our 18-kilo doodle). The apartment was really clean and cozy and most importantly very quiet! Thanks a lot, we’ll come again!

Modern, clean accommodation with good facilities. Spyros dealt with all our concerns immediately and in a friendly manner. We felt at home right from the start. The metro takes you into the city in just a few minutes. Unfortunately, there are only a few restaurants in the neighbourhood. But the supermarket and kiosk are right next door. The immediate street doesn't smell particularly pleasant. But the accommodation smells all the better! Our favorite feature about the accommodation? The garden hose! After a long, hot day, we used it to cool ourselves down.

L’expérience grecque fut totalement réussit, notamment grâce à ce studio qui a sur nous faire croire être comme chez nous. Evangelia a été très réactive et a su nous mettre à l’aise !! Je recommande fortement !

Comfortable apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay.

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πανέμορφο, είχε πανεμορφη διακόσμηση κι υοεροχη ενέργεια! Μου άρεσε πολύ το τζάκι και το ελλειπτικό, η μεγάλη βεράντα, ο ανετος καναπες κι η μεγαλη τηλεόραση! Η Μίνα φρόντισε να κάνει τις μέρες μας απίστευτα ενεργητικές με τις ευγενικές προσθήκες της. Λάτρεψα το άνετο στρώμα, το ευρύχωρο υπνοδωμάτιο και το μοναδικό με στρας κ γκλιτερ προσκέφαλο. Ηταν σαν να το ειχα διακοσμήσει εγω, πολλα μπράβο και στην ιδιοκτήτρια για το γούστο της. Πολυ ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες, φιλικοί, ζεστοί, ανθρώπινοι. Θα μπορούσα να το νοικιάσω, είμαι γειτόνισσα!!! Αν όχι, θα σας ξανάρθουμε πολύ σύντομα. Σας είμαι ευγνώμων για την ευγένεια, τη φιλική κι εξυπηρετική συμπεριφορά και την φιλοξενια. Μπράβο σε όλη την ομάδα!!!😇🫶🥰👏🙏❤️

Ηταν όλα τέλεια, πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, πολύ φιλική και ευέλικτη η Κωνσταντίνα στα θέμα άφιξης- αναχώρησης! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

It was a really good place for it's money.

I feel I am in a house not a flat. The balcony was very big and the best place to relax and it was very clean it was excellent day. I highly recommended it and the host was very friendly

Η διαμονή μας στον χώρο του κυρίου Δημήτρη ήταν εξαιρετική! Χαρήκαμε τόσο με την άφιξη μας όταν αντικρίσαμε το σπίτι! Πολύ εύκολη τοποθεσία για να την βρεις , ήσυχη γειτονιά κ το σπίτι όμορφο & πεντακάθαρο με ολες τις ανέσεις! θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα όταν βρεθούμε ξανά Αθήνα κ το προτείναμε ήδη σε φίλους μας! Εξαιρετική εμπειρία και φυσικά το προτείνω για την διαμονή σας στην Αθήνα !

Unreal. The most amazing place that we’ve had the chance to stay in absolutely loved it. It’s literally breathtaking and the hot tub with the view is a vibe. The view from this apartment may even be better than a lot of the best rooftop bars in Athens. Gina was awesome ❤️ She’s extremely helpful, kind, and she made an already awesome stay even better with her welcoming personality. Not enough great things can be said about this place we loved our stay I would highly recommend the place to everyone.

It is quite a rare occasion at this point to find a place in Athens that truly enriches your stay. This is one of those few remaining places where you get to immerse yourself in another person‘s place and life for a bit. The kitchen, library, balcony and living room took me back to summers in my family’s place in Athens - a liminal experience between nostalgia and novelty. Meeting the host in person was also a highlight of the stay. Thank you Iason!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for beautiful views from your private terrace all the while being conveniently close to Restaurants/bars

We had a wonderful time in Athens. The location was perfect because it was close enough to some restaurants, yet far enough away from the main tourist areas, so it was quiet and peaceful at night. The view of Parthenon was incredible! I highly recommend staying here.

Tout est parfait : la vue est incroyable, dans le SPA c'est le next level !!! L'appartement est impeccable, propre , moderne et decoré avec gout et avec tous les conforts. Le parking est très pratique si vous louez une petite voiture. Bref, mon epouse aussi ne voulait plus repartir 😊 Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, merci Konstantinos et Dan !!!
