He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. Anna and Teo were very responsive and helpful, especially with a tour guide and pickup at the port and drop off at the airport. Very nice to provide little snack and drink gifts too. Perfect location - close to everything.

Can't beat the location right off Ermou street where lots of shopping is, easy walking to many of the city's attractions, several cafe and restaurants just outside and around the corner. Will definitely keep it in mind the next time we are back.

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

We had an amazing stay at John's place! John and his family are truly exceptional hosts—pleasant, helpful, and so welcoming. John's local recommendations were spot-on. The house is lovely—beautifully decorated with charming features and character. It is bright, spacious, tidy, and clean, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is equally fantastic, offering convenient access to grocery shops, a pharmacy, and excellent local restaurants, all within easy reach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Highly, highly recommended!! I have stayed at a few Airbnb properties, and I have to say that Maria and her husband are among the best hosts I have ever had. We had a minor accident early in the holiday and Maria went out of her way to come and help in the middle of the night. She answered every question we had when trying to deal with the Greek transport system, which is an absolute nightmare to unravel. The flat itself is close to the centre of the city and well located by transport, and the price was very reasonable. The view from the balcony is simply magnificent. We were sorry to leave. This Airbnb apartment was a real gem! The location was fantastic, but what truly stood out was the exceptionally convenient parking facility—so close and easy. Every detail in the spacious apartment was clearly carefully thought out, from the great balcony and view to the fact that the host was always reachable and incredibly kind and helpful.

Highly recommend Peter’s spot! Super affordable, central location. It’s a bit busy but nice to be near all of the neighborhoods you might want to hang in. Peter went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He was always responsive and super kind. One bummer was that we woke up to loud construction right above us on our first morning. We talked to Peter about it, though, and it wasn’t a problem after that. Overall, great stay :)

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

Very nice home. Thelma was always responsive and we had a wonderful time in Athens and her place was convenient for shops and food and we had taxis for our others locations. Close to the markets as well!

Livin apt is well located in between the city centre and the nice Mets area with lots of bars and restaurants. While on a big street, there is no noise (the bedrooms are located at the back of the apt). The bathroom and toilet are small, but practical. With 3 people it felt very spacious, I would say over 4 would become a bit tights. We we're particularly happy with the great communication as we booked on the day of the arrival and the check-in was exceptionally smooth.

Panos is an excellent host, very kind and generous. He arranged and paid for transport for us and airport pick up for our son on a separate date. He even gave us a lift home from a restaurant one evening and then we had a nice drink together. Panos and his family live on the floors above the Airbnb rental, which is on floors-1 and -2. The pool is excellent, although not large it is deep and has an “endless swim“ function that gives a great workout trying to swim against the current. The view of Athens is also amazing, especially from the -1 floor large picture window. Note that the -1 floor is open plan containing a double bed and the kitchen, but the -2 floor bedroom has a door for privacy. Steep hills nearby give you a serious workout when walking but taxis are reasonable (usually about 8-11 euros from the acropolis)

Cozy and luxurious stay. Easy access to the metro nearby to see Athens. As well as small but vibrant social areas and restaurants nearby. Host was exceptional, attentive to our every need as they arose. Nice guy.

The place was beautiful, very clean and cozily furnished with a great kitchen where there was everything you need to cook and to make yourself a coffee in the morning. The roof terrace can only be reached via an elevator, but it is very private and you have an extremely great view over Athens. We felt comfortable and would keep coming back! As only note: the location is very nice and quiet in a very safe neighborhood of Athens, however you really walk a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb villa! The property was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Perfect location to experience the local scene, close to markets and local restaurants, all well within short walking distance. Home was really clean, no complaints, beds were comfortable and ample hot water. The area is some what dated since it appears to be 40 years old or so but that adds to the ambience of the area. Great food & drink all around and Uber really makes travel quick within the City.

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!
