House holiday rentals in Agios Prokopios

Wow !!! What a nice apartment!!! Full equipped with a stunning view on the roof a nice pool, fully equipped mini kitchen, even a washing machine. Air climatisation independent for the room and the living room. There is even a bluetooth Harmon Kardon speaker and electric adapter … nice touch !!! As North Americans, 2 things could had been nice to have but very minor in this perfect site: a microwave and a gaz fire pit so we could use the rooftop on colder evenings. We stayed 4 nights … way too short as we are now at second site in Naxis and missing our Paros spot 😜

I could not recommend this place more! Vivi was such a great and responsible host and greeted us with such enthusiasm. The place itself was beautiful; the pool overlooked the city, the beach was a 5 minute walk away and it was about a 10 minute walk into town. We adored this place, could not recommend it enough!

Absolutely stunning villa in a beautiful location perfect for private relaxation. The pool provides great entertainment for children. Evangelos a responsive and friendly host with fruit and wine on arrival, providing great local recommendations. only a short drive from Naxos town and close to stunning beaches. Villa was pristine, so clean. Five star stay, five star villa, five star location, five star host. Can't say enough good things about it. Hope we will return some time soon.

Villa magnifique ! Dans un cadre idyllique au milieu des oliviers et cactus. Maison très spacieuse, très bien équipée. Kyriakos nous a très bien accueillit et s’est montré très disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous avons énormément apprécié sa réactivité ainsi que sa bienveillance. Ce logement vous permettra de passer un excellent séjour à Paros !

This place is perfect!! It was so relaxing and secluded. The host Eirini was super helpful & very fast to respond to all our questions. She even gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area. They also offer breakfast that can be delivered to the Airbnb every morning & it was delicious every time! I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone wanting a nice relaxing time in Naxos!

This villa was great for our quick visit to Paros. The location was great, as it was a short walk into Naoussa and had enough elevation for a nice view. The plunge pool was also a very nice touch on hot days. The configuration was kind of a "split level", which worked well because the bedrooms are on separate floors, each with their own space and bathroom. My only comment there was that there is not much of a shared space (i.e., dining table) inside for meals, etc. There is a table outside which is perfect (with that view), but if it is cold or windy outside, there isn't really a good alternative inside. Still, that's a minor quibble - the villa was perfect otherwise. Nikos was also extremely helpful in providing recommendations for things to do in Paros. I would highly recommend this villa!

Beautiful villa. Clean and efficient use of space. Maria was very responsive and helpful. The outdoor area is wonderful with pool, dining space and shower. We really loved Naxos and exploring the island and beaches by car. Would definitely recommend renting a car. Can’t really walk to anything from the villa. The wonderful Plaka beach with restaurants is a short five minute drive. Great place to use as a base to explore the island! Thank you!

STARS !! Infinity Villa ( pool suite ) has ALL the fruit !! ( Australian term for the best of everything ) from check in to check out all boxes were ticked. Marillios was the host who looked after us and his care & service was brilliant. So helpful, attentive and thoughtful without being intrusive. He even delivered our fire stick remote that we left there, to us after we checked out. The location is outside of town, about 10 minutes driving so you definitely need a car.. the villa is absolutely beautiful, so well equipped, decorated and furnished…these hosts have thought of absolutely everything . The bed is super comfy, the shower is great, amazing bedding and towels…lots of pillows…the only thing missing ( missed by 99% of accommodations in the world ) is a full length mirror…so easy to attach to the back of a door….the pool is also stunning.There were a couple of mishaps with the plumbing and wifi but both issues were attended to immediately and sorted.

What a beautiful place to stay! We absolutely loved it. The home is so peaceful with amazing views over the mountains. The property is very spacious with two lovely bedrooms, the terrace is the star of the show. The host is very kind and responsive

Nikolaus' place was in a beautiful setting on the ocean. My wife and I had a very relaxing vacation in Piso Livadi. The house was clean, well equipped, and provided privacy despite being near the restaurants. Our stay was very relaxing! Thank you, Nikolaus. We would gladly come back.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit genügend Platz. Man kann schön auf dem Balkon in der Sonne frühstücken. Die Lage ist ruhig und zu Fuß ist man in 5 bis 10 Minuten im Ortskern. Wir haben uns Superwohl gefühlt. Tolle Unterkunft!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the Airbnb and its surroundings were absolutely perfect. It’s so close to drive to beautiful beaches, there’s a bakery right next door, and we loved the cute cats and sheep in the area. Such a peaceful location. The house was perfectly equiped with everything we needed for an incredible stay!

Can’t say enough good things about our Naxos trip!! We were met at the port and brought to Airbnb. Zaxos met us with cookies,pie,bread and refrigerator with many items!! He sent us a list of restaurants and his favorite dishes, things to do on island and how to get around.He got us reservations and arranged for our rental car.He had a maid service come and clean.I needed an eye doctor and he sent me a link immediately!! Sadly when it was time to go he arranged a ride to airport!! Best Airbnb I’ve encountered!!

This place was great!!! Walking distance (10 or less minute walks) to a bakery, 2 super markets, a couple restaurants (recommend Thalasea), and amazing beaches!! The cutest place with a beautiful outdoor area for eating and drinking coffee!

Die Unterkunft war genau das, was wir uns erhofft hatten – sauber, gemütlich und in perfekter Lage: Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum und 15 Minuten bis zum Strand. Ein echtes Highlight war der prall gefüllte Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft – inklusive frischer Eier von den eigenen Hühnern! (Die Hühner scheinen woanders zu wohnen, den wir haben sie nie gehört :)) Im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir sogar noch mit Zucchini und Orangen aus dem hauseigenen Garten überrascht – unglaublich aufmerksam und herzlich. Die Kommunikation mit Sofia war jederzeit super freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns ihr Einsatz, als ich meine Jacke bei der Abreise vergessen habe: Obwohl wir schon auf der nächsten Insel waren, hat sie organisiert, dass mir jemand die Jacke per Fähre bringt – das war wirklich lieb und toll! Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. 10/10 - eine Gastgeberin, wie man sie sich nur wünschen kann.

We loved the place, the location was perfect, walking distance to the shops and restaurants and also the beach. Was very quiet even though it was in the centre of town. They even organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport and Caterina gave us some great restaurant suggestions. Would stay again :)

We had a wonderful time staying at Alexander's place in Drios. We went back and forth on staying outside of the two bigger towns in Paros, Naoussa or Parikia, but we're so glad we decided to stay in Drios. The house is perfect for two people - it was extremely clean, and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio for several meals, thanks to the nice weather. It's also close to a really cute town that has an amazing Greek cooking class which was our favorite thing we did in all of Greece. Because we stayed in mid-May the water in the pool was a little too cold for us, but it was such a nice feature to have access to a pool with a view. Alexander was a great host, meeting us at check-in to help us get settled and sending a ton of great recommendations for things to do around the island. If you're going to Paros and want to stay in a quieter, more peaceful spot with easy access to any of the local hotspots on the island by car, I highly recommend Alexander's home.

Absolutely wonderful stay in Naxos. Very clean and comfortable space with great amenities. Easily walkable to the port and center, but on a quiet street. Antonios is a wonderful host, very helpful and kind. One of our favorite stays of our 7 month trip. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful time at the Window in the Aegan villa. The house is lovely and conveniently situated in Naxos, not too far from the town and the main beaches but in-land enough so it’s very quiet! The house is truthful to the pictures: light-field, well decorated and it has a really nice terrace with a stunning view on the valley and the sea. Nick and Maria are the loveliest persons ever and the best bnb owners we had in a long time! They truly showed us what greek hospitality means. Maria brought us coffee, food and sweets several times during our stay. They always made sure everything was going well and you can feel that they really enjoy having guests at their house. Everything was perfect and we would definitely come back if we have the chance!

Wow! We loved our stay so much. Nektaria was so warm and welcoming, and made us feel at home. The place has a wonderful feel to it and was large enough for our family at four. The balcony overlooking the harbor was so beautiful to wake up to and enjoy in the evenings. It always felt cool with the breeze! We could have stayed a lot longer than our four nights. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stella’s listing in Naxos felt like home! The space was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well prepared for our stay. It is located on a quiet back street but still very close to a main road with plenty of places to shop and eat. This was easily one of my favorite AirBnB stays ever and I would not hesitate to stay here again the next time I come to Naxos; an absolute 10/10!

Μάλιστα, η μαμά του Μπάμπη μας έφερε φαγητό τη μία μέρα το οποίο ήταν πολύ όμορφο! Αν και το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται πάνω σε κεντρικό δρόμο (το οποίο είναι και το μόνο του μικρό ελάττωμα), δεν υπάρχει φασαρία μέσα στο δωμάτιο.
