Holiday rentals with a patio in Agios Theodoros

Very nice apartment. Its location is a little far (on foot) from Finikoudes beach but there are 2 bus stops nearby that connect it in just 10 min, so very good. I was able to stay in the apartment in peace. Eva, the Co-Host, was very kind, asking me from time to time how my stay was going. Only small downside: the wifi connection sometimes drops but nothing bad.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. Convenient and quiet location, close to the sea, friendly host. The appts were clean, but the furniture is quite old and because of this, one gets the impression that the room is not very clean. In general, we liked everything.

Beautiful and comfortable house, great location, amazing hosts Tellef and Anna! We stayed this house for three months, from the middle of a winter, two adults and a two year old kid. House is cozy and fully equipped, it has everything you can think of. The location is hidden and quiet, but you can walk to the sea in 10 minutes and to the central park in 25 minutes. The old port is a 10-minute taxi ride away. Any deliveries are available, from groceries to something like H&M. Couple of good supermarkets are within walk distance also. The house is located on a dead-end street, so you can easily play any games right on the road with your child. Tellef and Anna are super hosts, they are always ready to help or just give an advice about Limassol. I highly recommend this house and it's wonderful hosts for anyone visiting Limassol, both for couple of days and for long-term stay. Sincerely, Andy, Nata and Boris.

Very spacious house fully equipped kitchen and very clean. BBQ fully equipped with extra fourni(cyprus traditional oven) They even equipped with a water refrigerator. I really recommend this place. Friendly Orestis welcome us and showed us the house amenities

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

The owner is an architect and the house is simply a heaven in the city. His partner is a wonderful designer and artist, so the interior is wonderful. Dynamic. Vibrant. I took some friends and their jaws hit the floor. Alexandros is a kind and friendly host. Always available to help. Even when I couldn’t work the job! Highly recommended. 5 Stars. Parking can be an issue but be patient. There is always a space within 100m.

Amazing place and amazing hosts! Location of this house is just superb, outside dining area and balcony view is facing beautiful valley with warm sunsets. Because of the hilly location nesting birds are flying right at eye level and the nearest road is not very busy and can be barely heard. The house itself has everything to spend some days away from city routine, it's not very spacious, but for 2-4 people it's quite alright. We used bbq, internet is good enough to watch a couple of movies, hot water is actually hot :) Unfortunately, hot tub didn't work the time we arrived, there was something broken, but hosts were open and proactive in terms of problem management. The are some shops and restaurants in 5-10 minutes driving, also a lot of hiking routes if you like it. We brought our road bikes on us and explored central part of the island on the wheels. We did a friend’s party during our stay. So the place is perfect for events like that. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything for a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. Beautiful apartment and very clean!

5-star property and host. All aspects were as described and expected. Apartment is best value-for-money, having 2 bedrooms, spacious living room with a kitchen. Meticulously clean at every spot. Quite close the the main beach of Larnaca. Took us 10 min walking with kids. The host is very responsive and always available. Our kids did a leak in a outdoor pipe on Sunday evening and the host took care of it immediately. Highly recommended!
