The 45 sqm apartment with residential pool is located in a residence, 1.5 km from the wonderful Stair of the Turks and 1 km from the Lido Rossello sea. The house consists of a bedroom with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine, sofa bed, bathroom with shower, terrace where you can spend beautiful evenings, private outdoor parking, Wi-Fi. 1 km away there are supermarkets, a pizzeria, restaurants, tobacco shops, a bank, pharmacy, bus stop, and post office.

Mortillina is a 40sm house, with a king size bed bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom. It is built on a suspended terrace with a stunning view on the valley, the mountains and on the background Raffadali village. Moreover the guests have free access to the main house pool few mt from Mortillina. The pool is shared with the guests of the main house (max 8 people).
