Beachfront holiday rentals in Aiguebelle

We had a pleasant stay at the residence La Baie des Voiles in Duingt. The space was clean and well kept. The setting is simply beautiful, with a splendid view of Lake Annecy which went a long way in making our stay memorable. Host was very responsive to our requests. As a bonus, we had the pleasure of discovering a welcome gift upon arrival, a delicate attention. We strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable time in this beautiful region.

Very well located apartment, in the center of Duingt. We had a pleasant time despite a very capricious weather. The apartment is close to several restaurants and a convenience store which is a plus:). Nearby road traffic may be inconvenient during rush hours, if you want to fully enjoy the balcony. The view of Lake Annecy is really sumptuous, thank you Sophie!

Great house in secluded area of the campsite, very near dog friendly beach and all the sights of the lake. Turid was very responsive to the queries we had. Recommend.

Amazing apartment overlooking the lake. Stunning views at all times of day. The village of Duight is beautiful and a great base for a break at the lake. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Secure parking directly outside.

We had a great time, the accommodation was clean and very well located. Aïssam was very responsive to all our requests and very friendly. What we preferred was the location of the apartment with access to the private beach.

Great stay in Les Contamines, seemingly pleasant very well located for hiking departures, at the foot of the Montjoie gondola and city center within walking distance.

I will repeat next time I visit Annecy ☺️

Marie-Pierre was a good host and very responsive to my messages. She did reply to my first questions after I booked the flat. The flat was easy to find and she was there to show us around and hand the keys. Everything was very clean and the amenities were all there. It is very close to the lake and just a 100m walk to a tiny but nice sand beach. 5min walk to the bakery and grocery store. There's also a bike rental close by. Marie-Pierre gave us recommendations of activities to do and places to visit. The only little downside was that the bed was abit wobbly and the toilet was too. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the balcony too!

Perfect apartment for 2 people. Quiet and secure residence, excellent location!!!!!!!!!! Adjoining parking allowed us to do everything by bike during our stay! Fantastic view on the lake as we left the residence... in our eyes it was exactly what we wanted when we came to Annecy. As a bonus, a very large terrace that made us enjoy the sunny days even more... A big thank you to Evelyne who gave us all the useful information for 3 days of visiting! Too bad there is only one room because we would love to come back with the children.... Thanks again!!!

Very satisfied with our stay in Talloires. Beautiful apartment with very nice lake views. As described. Not bothered by the noise from the busy road right in front of the building. A big thank you to Annecy Location, with whom communication was easy. And thank you for your responsiveness, after forgetting a hiking backpack, in the accommodation, which was sent back to our home. I recommend this agency. This is not the first time we have gone through them, and it's definitely not the last time.

We had a great time at Laetitia's home. It is very well located in a small village by the lake but a little away from traffic, a short walk from the mountain to go for a walk. The house is furnished in a special way (the upstairs living room, the bedroom on the ground floor), but that's no problem. Nothing to complain about the furniture and equipment in the kitchen. There is a nice little garden, with furniture, barbecue, and the river flowing right next door. Thank you to Laetitia and her parents for the welcome, the tips during the stay, the drive. We highly recommend this address!

Old house, clean and comfortable to live in because it is very well equipped (dishes, grocery store, games/books, freezer, barbecue...). We also really appreciated that towels were provided and beds were made upon arrival! The garden with direct access to the lake via the dock, is a major asset that contributes to the charm of the place. Marion is a considerate, accommodating host, with whom communication was very easy. The check-in and check-out management with Celine took place in a simple and seamless way. A big thank you to both of you! In short, this is a beautiful place to rest, recharge and have a great time with family or a group of friends!

We had a great time at Nanou's. Perfect, clean, spacious accommodation with 2 terraces depending on the location of the sun. Very well equipped, satisfactory amount of dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer. The accommodation is temperate if you close all the shutters of the rooms in the sun during the day. It was very nice and warm during our stay but we did not suffer from the heat at night. Accommodation 100 m from the lake with a very small beach. Another larger one is a 15-minute walk away. Bike path at the end of the road that goes around the lake. Electric bike available in Sevrier and Annecy set up by the municipality, 1st half hour free, free buses all around the lake in July and August, perfect for getting around. Beautiful places to visit, I recommend ++ only downside is the prices are unaffordable in Annecy, the restaurants are very expensive. To conclude I really recommend Nanou's house, a great place to share.

Delighted with our stay. The accommodation matches the listing. The location was perfect and especially quiet. Geneviève, who is really lovely, gave us a lovely welcome. Kind touches: a bottle of local cider and small cakes (homemade). It's available when you need it. An address to keep for an upcoming stay in the area.

Annie was very welcoming and fluid in the contact. The apartment is very nice even on hot nights, and ideally located near the beaches and the Imperial. A good experience!

Brigitte & Patrick were an absolute dream. Their place was perfectly located between Old Town and the Imperial Palace / Lake. They were super responsive and could not have made us feel more at home. Two beautiful and hospitable people with an excellent place to stay in the most beautiful town. Would stay there a hundred more times if I could.

The house is perfectly equipped and well appointed. Great for a week-long stay, access to the lake, Talloires beach and nearby hikes allow for a good time! Especially when the weather is nice! There are nice board games for bad days!;)
