Situé au cœur du village. Grace à cet emplacement vous pourrez profiter de la plage et des commerces à pieds. Dans une propriété composée de 4 gîtes identiques disposant chacun de sa terrasse privée ainsi que d’une place de parking gratuite et sécurisée, les gîtes disposent également d’une piscine commune, d’une cuisine d’été commune et d’un jacuzzi commun. Pour l’ensemble des gîtes, un service de bagagerie sera à disposition. Les draps et le ménage sont inclus dans la location.

This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Studio in the center of the village of Saint Martin d'Ardèche, all comforts and fully equipped, located 100 m walk from the beach. Close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, bakeries, activities, etc.). The studio has independent access, our guests have the possibility to have an inflatable paddle for walks along the Ardèche free of charge (do not hesitate to ask) as well as coffee.
