In a property consisting of 4 identical cottages each with its own private terrace as well as a free and secure parking space, the cottages also have a shared swimming pool, a shared summer kitchen and a jacuzzi. For all the cottages, a luggage storage service will be available. Linens and cleaning are included in the rental.

Studio in the center of the village

Studio in the center of the village of Saint Martin d'Ardèche, all comforts and fully equipped, located 100 m walk from the beach. Close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, bakeries, activities, etc.). The studio has independent access, our guests have the possibility to have an inflatable paddle for walks along the Ardèche free of charge (do not hesitate to ask) as well as coffee. In addition, pets are allowed. Open year-round!!

Independent apartment in Farmhouse – private pool – terraces

The accommodation is a part of the Mas with an independent entrance and its own small swimming pool (not shared) and two terraces. It is about 45 m2, includes a large bedroom with TV, a storage area, a kitchenette and a large bathroom and walk-in shower. The whole space is open, there is no separation between the bedroom and the kitchen area. The terrace faces east, very nice in summer. It overlooks the 3.50 m octagonal pool.
