The chalet was modern, clean and tidy and set in a magnificent location with breath taking views. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome. I would thoroughly recommend and hope to visit again in the summer.

This place was perfect. We were there for 3 nights and 3 days. Everything matched the listing. In addition, Maria is a great host, attentive to our needs and very responsive. Very nice house with an outdoor space conducive to relaxation, swimming pool, lawn. Very well-equipped kitchen, plenty of dishes. We really enjoyed our weekend.

The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. The rooms are spacious and with plenty of room to store clothes. There are blinds! The kitchen is new and fully equipped. We were in August very hot and it was comfortable. No need for air conditioning. Herve and her family are very nice and made us feel right at home. Reply quick, and a lot of check-in and check-out flexibility. Just keep in mind that a car is necessary ( which is parked in front of the house and there is a safety fence) or electric bike.

Our stay in this house was simply exceptional! The property is even more beautiful in reality than in the photos: impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with all modern comforts. The welcome from the owners deserves a special mention: upon our arrival, personalized attention awaited us (small gifts and valuable recommendations). Their kindness and availability made our experience unforgettable. In the event of a request during the stay (even minor), their responsiveness was amazing: answers in a few minutes, and concrete solutions provided immediately. Real peace of mind! Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very calm and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time at Marie-Laure's place. The house is located in a quiet area near the lake. It is very spacious and well equipped. We found everything we needed to enjoy the garden and terrace. We'll be happy to go back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

Very nice house with a nice little garden! We were able to take a nice walk through the fields a few minutes' walk away and there is a very good restaurant a few minutes away. We had a great stay at Béatrice's, who is very welcoming.

Feedback We were here on a family vacation (with 2 children and grandma) and were totally thrilled! The house has a great location with a fantastic view of the lake, which can be reached in no time by car or bike. The furnishings are very tasteful and nothing is missing. Especially the kids were nonstop in the pool, which is a real highlight. And also the communication worked smoothly and Sylvie was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable. The 2 A/C bedrooms made for very comfortable sleeping, helped by very effective shutters and a very peaceful area. The pool was a lovely way to cool off and relax in a very private and peaceful garden. The location is amazing with a very short walk to 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, a local min-market, a local grocer and a tabac, as well as several very nice local restaurants. The lake is less than 5 minutes down a shaded road and is spectacular - we went every day and loved the water and the grassy shores which offered loads of shade. Virginie and her husband were a delight - they were hugely welcoming and accommodating, they were very prompt at replying to messages and made us feel absolutely at home. We'd visit again anytime. A brilliant holiday.

Our stay went very well. Everything was perfect: the host's welcome, communication with the host, the spacious and clean accommodation which is located in a beautiful area... I recommend it!

Very comfortable house and the terraces are pleasant. There is everything you need to cook (unlike housing that is only used for rent where there is the bare minimum). Lake Aiguebelette is 10 minutes away, which is very convenient. Please note, the pool is only installed in June. If this is an important point for you, check with Max at the time of your reservation. We have found an arrangement to compensate for the fact that there is no swimming pool for the weekend of the ascension.
