Our 1+1 apartment on the garden floor is located on the lower floor of our own building surrounded by greenery. It is in a calm and peaceful area and 7-8 minutes by car to the Cunda Bridge. It is very close to kite surfing schools and is very suitable for those who do not want to be affected by the traffic and noise of the center. Easy access to the grocery store and market. It is 10-15 minutes by car to Ayvalık State Hospital.

My home is in the city center. It is an independent little décor with all amenities and fast wi-fi, making guest accommodation comfortable and functional. Its picturesque and quiet neighborhood makes it special, although it is only a 2-minute walk from the beach, the market, the supermarkets, the restaurants and the nightlife of the city.
