Beachfront holiday rentals in Akçay

The place is right at the bottom of the sea as mentioned. It is in a very private location because there are 6-7 houses in the big bay and there is no commercial business. Those who swim the nearest sea are 50 60 m away, if that happens. Since everyone is at the bottom of their house, no one is on the beach all the time. The host's mother and father stay downstairs. They are very friendly and helpful. The interior of the place is newly built. The bathrooms and items are new. It's nice to have the kitchen on the balcony. You're doing it without being overwhelmed by the heat. The sea is spotless. It has a stone beach. No sand contaminated, no conversation. Of course, it is more comfortable with sea shoes. If you're looking for privacy and quiet, it's the right place. Restaurants, grocery store are 15 20 minutes away.

We preferred it to have a holiday in a quiet, quiet place, both working and relaxing. Since the villa was very spacious and comfortable, we were able to work comfortably for four people. In addition to the cleanliness and order, we had a nice holiday with fruit trees, a beautiful garden with tomato pepper planted, sea urchin, and a wonderful sea without jellyfish, and with the treats and hospitality of Mr. Berke and his family. Mr. Ali was very caring and kind, the house was clean and very nice. The location was very good, close to everywhere in the center. We had most of the things we needed at home. The house is quite big and comfy at the same time. We were really comfortable there as a big group. Electrical appliences in the house were so useful and there was everything we needed. Also everything was so clean and well-organised. Owner was so kind and checked on us regularly to see if everything was okay or not. The beach is 2 minutes away by walking and was amazing too. I definitely suggest the place to anyone who is looking for a nice place in Plomari. PS: Thanks for the free ouzo! :)

We had a great stay. The hosts are amazing and the view from the villa is outstanding!

We did not stay because spouse was unsure of surrounding area but I thought it was fine. My spouse wanted to be able to walk to restaurants and stores. That was not possible at this particular location.

What a beautiful hidden gem!! The check in experience was great and Maria couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, also the messaging to and from Stratis was very clear. The studio itself was very clean and had everything we needed for the perfect stay. The location is amazing, right on the sea front and perfect for sunbathing and peace and quiet! It was lovely to be able to use the pool at the hotel next door and I would highly recommend eating at the Taverna next door too - beautiful food and friendly staff. We would love to come back!!

We stayed at Stratis’ beautiful house in Agios Isidoros, and it was a fantastic experience. The house is stunning, and the neighbors, Our neighbors, Aris and his wife Triantafylia, are wonderful people who helped and guided us throughout our stay. Aris even let us pick fresh vegetables from his garden. Their dogs, Menios and Babinu, are incredibly friendly—I was almost tempted to take Babinu home with me! The house was spotless and well-equipped, with everything we needed. It’s just a 9-minute walk to the beautiful beach and a nearby mini-market. We enjoyed dinner at the tavernas in Plomari almost every night, but it was also great to have the option to cook at home. One of the unique features of the house is the pool, which allowed us to relax anytime during the day. I was tempted not to share all these details to keep this place a secret, but that would be unfair to our kind host. We’ll definitely be back next year!

We stayed at Ioannis' place as a family of five for three nights. It was a very enjoyable and peaceful holiday from start to finish. The villa had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained and we had a lot of fun here. Ioannis's father Yannis is a smiling, sympathetic and friendly person and he helped us in everything. We will miss him. Thank you so much for everything.

Ms. Elif is an excellent host. Since the interior of the house is renovated, it has a really important advantage over other houses in Artur. Being close to the sea is very important, especially for family with children. We are very satisfied and will choose every time we come.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house by the sea and in a large garden. The house is very clean and very useful, the environment created by the olive trees is very pleasant. A unique option for those who aim for a peaceful and quiet holiday. It is great to be able to enter the sea right in front of the house. We would like to thank Vana and Nicolas for their complete hospitality and help.

The apartment is in a perfect location, on a small swimming beach, about a 5 minute walk into the heart of Plomari and near one of the best restaurants in town. It was very comfortable for the three of us for nearly two weeks. Nicoleta was very responsive to our needs, checking us in late in the evening after a delayed flight and storing our luggage after checking out. I highly recommend this place and would stay there the next time we visit Plomari.

First of all, the smiling face and sincerity of Ms. Duygu and her family helped us a lot. As soon as you enter the house, it raises your energy. It was very nice in terms of its view and comfort by the sea. The courtyard was also a place where we spent a lot of time with pleasure as an alternative to the sea view. Although it was very hot outside, the house was very cool and spacious due to the fact that it was made of stone. It was very nice to have a beautifully decorated bathroom in each room. There are very high quality products from the electronic devices used in the kitchen to other materials. We left saying that we should come again and again.

As seen in the photos, it is a very clean apartment where you can spend your holiday with peace of mind. Its location is quite ideal, especially if you like Akçay bazaar. All the beaches near the location are in very good condition. Mr. Kağan was also very helpful with the accommodation, thank you.

Absolutely loved our stay in Michael’s house! So peaceful and incredible views. We hired a van for our family of 8, like another review mentioned, it was too long to get round into the drive, we parked opposite in a little ‘lay-by’. Agios Isidoros lived up to its reputation, particularly if you walk back along the seafront and sit under some trees for shade. Olive wood House was great and they even let us have a go with sanding! Mythos in Plomari is a brilliant taverna, especially if you have children who aren’t particularly adventurous with what they eat. Very friendly people there. Melinta beach worth a visit- a bit run down but fun to jump off the rock if you have the courage! (I didn’t- my daughter did!) All in all a brilliant property to stay in, very useful to have washing machine etc. loved the air conditioning, cooler downstairs than up. Thank you very much Michael for making the special holiday possible!
