This stunning spot is located on the edge of Akrotiri. From the heated plunge pool, you get a phenomenal view of the Caldera and the rest of the island. You can even see Fira and Oia beautifully in the distance. Honestly, you could spend hours just gazing at that view. The suite was spotless, and Zenia was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was perfect every single morning. Akrotiri is a bit off the beaten path, which we really appreciated—it gave us a much more authentic Greek experience compared to, for example, Oia. Only challenge: the last few meters to the property involve a narrow and tricky road. But you get the hang of it quickly. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful two-day stay at this beautiful apartment – and honestly, we wish we could have stayed longer! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Our host gave us a warm welcome, introduced us thoroughly to the apartment, and even surprised us with a lovely welcome gift: a bottle of wine and some chips. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches – the fridge wasn’t empty, but stocked with essentials like jam and honey, and there was coffee and tea available as well. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. A true highlight was the warm jacuzzi overlooking the Caldera – the perfect spot to relax in the evening with an unforgettable view. Our host also gave us many great recommendations for local sights and restaurants. One we highly recommend is the nearby restaurant located inside the old castle – a real hidden gem: Restaurant link All in all, this was a perfect stay. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

We just come back from a really lovely stay at Villa di Capo. We had a wonderful week away in this beautiful villa. The Villa was spotless and it was lovely to be greeted by Theodosia on our arrival, she couldn’t have done more from start to finish. The service that she provided was amazing helping with local information for the area arranging transfers she went above and beyond throughout the whole week.

We loved our stay at Vera’s. Vera arranged a pick up and drop off from and to the port for our arrival and departure. She welcomed us with a pack of water. She promptly responded to every question we had. The house is in a great spot to go to the red beach and take the bus. I also suggest to go eat at the Castle which is nearby. Vera has really good recommendations. We went to the pool and we did the boat tour she recommended us, which I highly suggest to do. It was the highlight of our trip. The food on the boat was amazing and the sunset beautiful.

Wundervolles Haus, wundervolle Gegend, sehr private und ruhige Unterkunft. Panos war zudem sehr zuvorkommend und engagiert. Check In um Mitternacht war überhaupt kein Problem - er hat uns persönlich empfangen und sich Zeit genommen, um uns alles zu zeigen. Die Nachbarbarschaft, die Restaurants - alle kennen sich und grüßen einander. Wir fühlten uns, als würden wir schon ewig hier wohnen. Hinzu kommt noch die atemberaubende Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Alles in allem ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder! Vielen Dank für alles!

Bonne expérience ! Très joli hôtel à Akrotiri, une magnifique piscine à l’eau salée, transats à disposition, chambres propres, nettoyées tous les jours, bar et restaurant à disposition et personnel accueillant. Le seul hic réside dans le bruit de notre chambre (numéro 13) située juste en dessous du restaurant… Donc beaucoup de bruits de machines, chaises, clacs diverses assez tôt le matin (7h) et tard le soir (23h). Outre ce détail réglé avec des boules quies, séjour très agréable !
