Excellent location near the Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, Old Dubai and different places of convenience, the host is very attentive and helped us a lot. Without a doubt, we recommend it and we will stay again. 10/10

I celebrated my and my friend's birthday at Olga's Villa. I couldn't ask for more for my Birthday :) The villa was very clean, spotless and top notch! Everything was well in place and exactly the way it was described. The location was perfect , next to the mall and to the beach. The location was also a bit private and completely away from the noise of the city! Olga was a very responsive and proactive and helped in organizing the stay very well and quick. The price of the property was worth the stay! The caretaker of the villa ''Etsy'' was very pleasant, helpful and friendly and I would give 10 stars to Etsy on how she takes care of the guests. Thank you Olga for being such a great host and providing us your space. We had such a magical time and I really look forward to booking your place once again, especially in winters to enjoy the pool more ;) Thank you so much once again :)

This was my first AirBnB booking ever and Dilshad made me feel welcome from the first 'hello'. My room was clean and tidy (and cool!), communication was excellent, and I liked the area because it's close to an organic cafe. The taxi driver who dropped me there from the airport got a bit lost, luckily I'd studied the map so I knew the way, and I ended up saying to drivers it's near the Oasis Mall, which worked every time! Dilshad was super helpful and a great host!

Our stay at Maria’s cozy home was exactly what we were looking for. The space was nice and felt lived in—in the warmest way possible. All the furnishings were new and updated but the warm feel and energy of the space made us feel right at home. The shaded garden with cute little kitties stopping by was sweet and entertained our pups. Walking to the gym in the mornings, just a few minutes from the villa was actually the main attraction for us. It was a nice stroll away and a great way to start the day. Anytime we needed anything, Maria responded positively and promptly. Was a great experience and we were happy to be the first guests here. Our next Airbnb has big shoes to fill!

Super location in the middle of Downtown. Beautiful building with good facilities. Breathtaking views of the boulevard and Burj Khalifa (although this will be different next year due to the construction site in front). The host responded well to questions and check in went smoothly.

It was a very good stay overall. Dubai Mall is just a 5-minute walk away, with Carrefour and a pharmacy conveniently located across the street. The apartment is close to major attractions, which saved lot on cab fares. The best part, an unobstructed view of the Burj Khalifa! The apartment is well-equipped with a washing machine, utensils, microwave, gas stove, and oven making it feel just like home. The host is approachable and friendly. Our kids especially loved having breakfast with the view of the Burj Khalifa.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Downtown Dubai! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa — especially at night when the lights create a magical atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to Dubai Mall and great restaurants. The apartment was modern, very clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super helpful and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and always available if I had any questions.

Our stay here was fantastic, the view off downtown was breathtaking every night, access to the mall and taxis is very easy Communication was superb reply within minutes if you need any help from host, Our host made sure someone was waiting even at 3am when we checked in to accommodate us and show us to our room, hospitality is next level I highly recommend Zeids properly to anyone wishing to stay smack bang in the heart off Dubai, myself and the family will most definitely be back ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
