As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The private pool was a real highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth. Check-in was easy and friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

The space is incredibly generous, and I especially appreciated that it’s pet-friendly. Our dog, Mila, had an absolute blast! Everything from the amenities to the overall comfort made our stay truly enjoyable. If you’re looking to get away from the busy city center, this villa is a perfect choice. The nearby souk, with its modern supermarket, cozy cafés, and great restaurants, adds a lot of convenience. The community itself is green, safe, and very walkable. Amazing location with two awesome pools! Perfect if you want to walk around to the lovely nearby cafes and restaurants. Julia was extremely responsive and fixed any issues that arose instantly! The view from the balcony was incredible.

Greg was super friendly from day 1, and very pro-active in helping us make our decision. We flew in on business and were mostly out, but it was super easy to drive to and from, without a gigantic traffic on way in or out. The apartment itself was clean and building service was also helpful. The value was really decent for this size of an apartment, as you don't have to squeeze into a hotel room, but instead have a view of the harbour and part of the palm. Sometimes you can hear parties that take place in vicinity of the hotel, but that's unavoidable in most parts of Dubai, as the place gets really busy over time and these happen all across. I was truly enchanted by this place — every detail is magical. Zenia is a creative soul who left a story in every corner. The place feels like paradise, full of positive energy, peace, happiness, and comfort. If you’re looking for an escape like I was — away from the noise and buildings — and want to take a trip with yourself or a friend in nature, I highly recommend this place. The service is amazing, and everything you need is available. Zenia is very supportive, replies to your messages right away, and makes sure you have full privacy and comfort. I will definitely come back here again — for more peace, meditation, and pure enjoyment.

Amazing apartment with everything provided. Roma was an amazing host and was there whenever we needed something or had any queries. The apartment has all amenities that anyone would need, anyone renting this will feel right at home and the price is a bargain!

This loft unit is stunning and the host was very communicative. I've stayed with this host several times now and I just booked with them for another week at a different unit. I probably will be staying with them wherever possible because the experience I've had at the last two units that I stayed at with them have been more than exceptional. Units are stunning. Photos are exactly what you get. The units are very clean and the ambiance is everything. Is an expert in professional hospitality.

Amazing stay - great location and dirext connectivity to Dubai mall. if you have a car, parking is great with super quick access to apartment. It is only hassle during peak hours at Dubai mall due to connected parking.

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!
