Lo pasamos muy bien, el lugar hermoso con mucha tranquilidad. La piscina teníamos solo para nosotros. 100% recomendado!

AMAZING! One of our favorite places we have ever had the pleasure to stay at in Costa Rica and I have been coming to this beautiful country for a decade. The springs are fantastic and well maintained. the property is beautiful and has a great hiking trail loop. I got to see blue Jean strawberry dart frogs too! The treehouse is gorgeous, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen was great and the bed was comfortable. We loved it so much that we spent most of the day on the grounds after we checked out. the cherry on top was being greeted and having a chat with the wonderful owners. Kathy and Bernie and incredible people and I absolutely recommend this gem of a place!

Words do not exist to even begin to explain how truly incredible Andrea’s cabins are. Such a beautiful, private and relaxing oasis. Just far enough from civilization to be able to fully enjoy the peace and quiet that is in Valle Azul but also so conveniently close to many fun attractions nearby. Such as the Arenal Volcano & hot springs. Also close to Ciudad Quesada city. We could see tucans, iguanas & so many more beautiful animals from our very own balcony. We were also able to pick our very own fruits from the trees on the property! So delicious. To top it off Andrea was such an amazing host, always attentive to our needs whatever they may be. She responded to all of our messages and/or in person questions immediately. She gave us such great advice on where to go and what to do. Always kept up with all of our needs in the cabin. She truly went above and beyond for us & we will definitely be coming back!

Quedamos muy contentos con los días de descanso. El lugar cumplió con todas las expectativas que teníamos. Ha sido el dinero mejor gastado en un Airbnb. Muchas gracias Ernesto y Catalina. Si desean unos días de paz y tranquilidad rodeados de naturaleza, se los recomiendo mucho.

Jimmys place was fantastic! The location was amazing, just a few minutes drive into town and near all your La Fortuna favs - waterfall, hot springs, observatory. Felt incredibly private and safe while also being at the center of everything. We came for our 1 year wedding anniversary and we will definitely be back!

Laura is very responsive and great at communication! It’s a little hard to find but the instruction is clear. Overall, it was an interesting experience, and we luckily saw birds on the porch. The only drawback is that, personally, my sleep was slightly affected by the shaking bed due the wind at night and lack of curtains. I must highlight that the house is well-designed and (almost) free of insects which is very impressive in the middle of a forest. Because in another hotel (not in the forest), we encountered ants climbing on our food in the room, which was very disgusting. I’d recommend it for an immersive rain forest experience!

The Sunset House is the perfect place to disconnect from the real world. The house architecture and the way it was built makes you feel part of the nature . Pictures doesn’t give to much credit of the real beauty of this place. It has everything to make you feel like home, plus more. Living in Miami I was looking for a place to disconnect from the stress and this place gave me everything I was looking for. From a stunning view , incredible location surrounding with everything you need ( Restaurants, Markets , Pharmacies, Main Attractions…..) it was a real disconnection for me. Also have to give a special credit to the host Evelyn . She’s awesome, thank you for making this trip a special one,thank you for making everything better an easier for me, thank you for your kindness and for welcoming in your house . Can’t wait to be back again . Edgard 💙

Absolutely incredible stay! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed—there was a personalized message board, a bottle of wine, and chocolates waiting for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. The attention to detail here is next-level! The space itself is cozy, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. I especially loved relaxing in the hot tub under the string lights at night—pure magic. I spent an evening soaking while reading and listening to the quiet sounds of nature, and it was exactly the peaceful reset I needed. Everything about the stay was seamless—from the clear communication to the easy check-in process. I honestly didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a relaxing, memorable getaway with a personal touch, this is the place. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

This was the most peaceful and unique Airbnb we've ever stayed in. Tracey and her family were so welcoming and she was great with offering recommendations when we asked. Book this place if you have the chance!

What an incredible stay! We truly felt part of the family. We were welcomed by Joselyn who was so nice. Jorge gave us a tour the next day and helped my son hold his chickens. Such amazing people! Great for practicing Spanish :) The view from the cabin was incredible and the place is spotless. They put in mosquito netting which was helpful. Great location, close to town with great view of the volcano.

Un bel endroit tranquille et sécuritaire. L’hôte répond rapidement aux messages et nous a bien guider pour que nous ne cherchions pas l’endroit. très propre et moderne. bien décoré avec gout. :-)

Perfect stay to experience wildlife! Edwin was extremely helpful and even helped to book some excursions for us. If we ever find ourselves in Monteverde again we will definitely be staying here!

I visited a lovely retreat in Costa Rica’s mountains, surrounded by untouched nature. The views—rolling hills and stunning views —are breathtaking. Wildlife is amazing. Fresh air and peace made it special. Cozy and welcoming, it’s a perfect nature escape—I highly recommend it!

Veronica was super responsive and the ppace was absolutely beautifully and secluded. Great place to experience a getaway with nature.

Super hyggelig lille hytte med fantastisk udsigt. Vi spiste morgenmad og så en abefamilie på tur. Hytten inkl. køkkenet er meget lille, men det har alt man skal bruge.

Hermoso lugar, muy privado ideal para descansar. El anfitrión muy amable y atento. Volvería a visitarlos.
