The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Montclair village is an 8 minute drive, providing lots of great food and shops. Minutes from Highway 13 and 580. It is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. A cottage on a single house property. It has everything you need. The property is located in the Rudgear Park neighborhood. There are trails, tennis& pickle ball courts and baseball field. Easy access to Highway 680 and 24. 2-3 miles to downtown Walnut Creek, many shops and restaurants. Guest enter their studio from side fence gate so they come and go as they please. We can be reached by texts and available to our guests if there’s any problem. Small friendly pets live on this property.

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

San Francisco is a 25 minute train ride and when there is no traffic a quick 30 minute drive to downtown SF (with traffic add another 15-20 minutes). CAL or St. Mary's College bound? We are about 15-20 minutes away.
