Auf der 30.000 m2 großen Finca vermieten wir 5 verschiedene Finca-Ferienhäuser für 2 bis 6 Personen. Es sind jeweils traditionelle Steinhäuser, die im Laufe der letzten Jahre innen geschmackvoll modernisiert und komfortabel ausgestattet wurden. Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Encantadora casa de piedra en el corazón de Valldemossa, en plena Sierra de Tramuntana (Patrimonio de la Humanidad, UNESCO). Completamente renovada, conservando su carácter mallorquín y perfectamente equipada con vistas a la montaña y aire acondicionado. Se ubica en el casco antiguo de Valldemossa, en una calle muy silenciosa, con pequeñas callejuelas acogedoras decoradas con macetas. El aparcamiento se encuentra a 5 minutos andando, al igual que el trasporte publico.

Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
