Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a mezzanine (one double bed and one single bed). A sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor can accommodate a 4th person.

It has two independent entrances and is made up of: one double bedroom, one room with two single beds, one living room with a bunk-bed, a kitchen and bathroom with a window.
