Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The apartment is located in a separate cottage in the garden, in a quiet location, with private access. In the living/sleeping area there is a leather armchair set with a couch and 2 armchairs, as well as a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). TV and stereo system with CD player is available. There is a covered terrace in front of the apartment, ideal for smokers. There is also another, uncovered terrace. The apartment is ideal for 2 people, it is also possible with a small child.

Centrally located in the valley - HANS apartment

Our apartment "Hans" is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Hausen in the valley in the natural park "Obere Donau". If you want to walk or climb, if you want to ride a bike or just have time to enjoy, you're in the right place. The apartment is under the roof. In the house there are two other apartments, all you enter through the shared staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a living-dining room with kitchen, which is well equipped.

Vacation home to feel good

Welcome! We are about 15 minutes walk from the center of Ebingen in a low-traffic residential area. The granny flat with separate entrance area is completely at your disposal: Bedroom with large bed (1.4 x 2 m) and wardrobe, a living-dining room with kitchenette + additional sleeping option on the sofa (1 x 2 m), the daylight bathroom with floor-level shower niche and underfloor heating. We are a family of 6 with a dog and look forward to seeing you soon!

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.
