Modern, super nice and practically furnished. From 2 (1 double bed) to 6 people (2x sofa beds - 1 in a mini room and 1 in the living room) we use this vacation apartment as a family of 4 with young children at the time. In the meantime, we have adapted the sleeping arrangements to young adults or adults. The dining table is also extendable. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a washing tower. A modern kitchen and a garage space are included.

This Exclusive Studio for two guests is located on the second floor of Chesa Rosatsch, which was fully renovated by 2025.
The studio itself was completed at the end of 2025, finished with great attention to detail and high-quality materials. From the apartment and its sunny balcony, you can enjoy peaceful views of the surrounding alpine landscape — an ideal place for relaxing moments, sunset aperitifs, or restful days in the mountains.
