Old village center with grocery store and restaurant, golf course in Alvaneu Bad only a few minutes away. In the middle of the adventure and hiking area "Naturpark Ela", also many cycling and biking tours possible. Situated on the Unesco Heritage railroad line Albula/Bernina, panoramic train ride from Filisur to Preda. Landwasser viaduct can be reached on a beautiful hike.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Our cosy and fully equipped 4.5 room apartment with 82m2 in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with wonderful 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideally suited for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 persons plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250M) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Charming chalet in a quiet location, overlooking the trails of Rona, right at the largest natural park in Switzerland, Parc Ela, and 7 minutes by car from the family-friendly Savognin ski resort. At 1450 meters of altitude, we have lovingly created a comfortable retreat, always thoughtfully preserving the original charm. Everywhere in the house you will find the original building elements of the former barn from the 19th century, combined with modern elements.

Holiday cottage Sulada Riom Graubünden

The house in Riom is not only a quiet retreat, but also impresses with its literal fire in the heart: the central fireplace, which is to be heated, burns every twelve hours in the cold seasons and not only serves as a chic fireplace for an aperitif, but also gives the entire Alpine loft feel its cozy warmth, if it hasn't already been captured by the sun's rays from the window fronts.
