Great stay for 2 nights as 5 adults and 2 kids. Very central and walkable to everything. Manuel was a great host with great communication the day before check in, and throughout our stay.

Perfect set up for our family of 6 and great location. Beautifully appointed with all the comforts of home. The patio was an extra special place to start the day or relax after a long day. Host Ignacio was very helpful with local tips and information. We loved our stay and highly recommend.

The house was impeccable, the pool is much larger than it looks in the listing photos. The garage was our salvation for parking, as it would be impossible to park the car on the street. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of shops and supermarkets. It is a short walk from some of the most important points of Seville. Communication with those in charge was always incredible and fast. The points of interest provided by Jose were good. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for everything.

Excellent welcome, smiling, kind, attentive, with small gifts for the arrival; fresh water, chocolates and excellent quality potato chips and the best... lovely carnations to wear at the Feria de Sevilla. What about tips for the Feria. Thank you!!!

True home away from home ! The place is well designed to the smallest detail, very clean and welcoming. Amazing location and close to the market. If you want to live like local - can’t miss this one, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again !

Apartment in a very nice area by the Guadalquivir with restaurants very close! You can walk to the Santa Cruz neighborhood in a 15-20-minute walk. Seemingly very clean and as described with a super nice terrace. Laureen welcomed us very warmly: thank you again!

Thank you for the best stay ever in Séville. The area is calm, yet pretty close to everything in the city. The apartment was spotless, perfectly clean and comfortable. It had everything you need. no matter what I write it is not gonna describe how Miguel and his wife , are so far its the best airbnb ever I had have Miguel and his wife met us at the checking time even if it was late cause we booked a parking place that was realy close to the apartment but unfortunately our car didn't fit so Miguel had to park his car in the parking booked and let us use his parking in front of the house . Miguel's wife offered us fruits and cold water cause it was late and all shops were close that was really kind from her . Miguel was helpful with all the informations about the area and the neighborhood too . the day of the check out we forgot our passport in the apartment but both of them Miguel and his wife did the best to find a solution to get them , I'm so sorry again for the mess . For the apartment it s cozy clean and beautiful and we were 6 , 4 adults and a toddler and the baby he set the crib for the baby 👶 . the kitchen has everything you need for cooking .

Excellent location, Great house and friendly and responsive host. we had a great time. Host was very accomodative and accepted some special request as well.

Both we and our dogs have enjoyed our stay here. I was very worried that there would be some loophole through which they could leave, but quite the opposite. It is a small and cozy house, with all the comforts, although perhaps we missed a stove. The exterior is a marvel. We would love to repeat.

An incredible stay, the house was impeccable and with all the amenities you need, the house is beautiful and the garden is fantastic. Isabel is very kind, attentive and thoughtful, it has been a pleasure to meet her. We will definitely repeat, everything has been perfect.

The house is great. We were 13 people occupying the whole house and we were very comfortable. It is well located, close to everything and with everything you need to enjoy a good vacation in Seville. Stayed for a girls trip for two nights. Wonderful location, apartment was ideal for the 7 of us to have our own space and relax. Right in the centre with easy walks to restaurants, bars, and lovely coffee shop next door. The host was attentive, if we had a question they were always quick to respond. A great apartment!

A week of perfect disconnection surrounded by nature.

I had such an incredible stay in Seville all thanks to Borja! From start to finish Borja has been an incredible host, before the trip his response times were so quick. When we arrived and during our stay he was so helpful. The villa was incredible, really took our breath away. The location was close enough to the city centre for us to pop in and out. Borja also let us check in early and leave later as our flight times were early in the morning and late and night and this made the world of difference, I’ve never had such a fantastic host! I couldn’t recommend staying at this property more, Thank you so much Borja!!

Lovely apartment in the old town easy walking distance to everywhere the apartment was great very clean with plenty of thoughtful extras.

Good location and nice place in general

Absolutely loved staying here for a week! The space was clean, had good airflow (and aircon for hot days), and a nice new modern design. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and made for really good sleeps at night. The terrace is incredible - it has everything you need to eat outside, sit in the sun, and the cold outside shower was a nice touch for when you want to cool down. The area is great - very local, there is a market nearby with fresh produce and food, a bakery for morning bread, lots of little tapas bars, and couple blocks away is a long avenue with lots of restaurants. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the very centre, and there is also a nice running or walking route along the river. The host was great - easy to communicate with, and the flat was quiet and very comfortable. Would highly recommend as a place to unwind.

Cosy flat with stunning terrace! The outdoor shower was greatly appreciated with the heat. Located in a wonderful local area.

DO NOT LOOK FURTHER!! This apartment has everything you could want or need for your stay in Sevilla! The location is the BEST! You’re within close walking distance of everything you’ll want to see or do. Bed is very comfy, shower is hot with great pressure, and those views are insane! Myriam was super helpful in every way. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having us!
