An apartment located in a very good location, 2 minutes from the Spar shop, 10 minutes from the nearest church, 20 minutes to the shopping street, 30 minutes to the old town of Las Palmas and 5 minutes to the beach next to the harbor. One of the best apartments we've been to so far - large and spacious, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable mattress for sleeping, wifi, bathroom. For the elderly, a small obstacle can be quite steep entrance stairs.

I would repeat without thinking. The neighborhood is quiet, the building is quiet and the apartment is just like in the photos. The location is perfect as you have the quarries 15 min. walk if you don't want to travel to more distant beaches.

Well located, close to shops, cafes, supermarkets and the two main beaches of the city. A lot of light and quiet. Enough space for digital nomads or a couple to stay some days or weeks

The stay was pleasant, the apartment was nice and clean, the location is beautiful, right in the city center, close to everything, the host was very responsive, I will return without hesitation.
