Waterfront holiday rentals in Alcavaneras

The accommodation is very nice and well located directly by the sea. However, if you have problems sleeping with ocean sounds, you may not be in the best hands here. And I liked it. Unfortunately, at the beginning of our stay, slope stabilization measures were carried out on the rock face 100m away, which were extremely loud. But no one can do anything about it... If you are aiming for a beach holiday with good weather from the morning, you should settle in the south of the island, as it is rather cloudy in the north until noon. From Galdar to Maspalomas or Mogan, it is still 1h45 on the road. We'd still come back. Thanks for the good time.

We had a great stay. Marcos in particular was really wonderful and helpful at check in. Nice apartment, great terrace and views. And very clean.

The apartment perfectly matched the advertisement: clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The host's service was excellent, always available and attentive. The location is very convenient, with supermarkets nearby and the beach a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommended.

Great location - the paseo on front of you is not too close ( you might think so ). Carol has thought of everything - you even have your personal new slippers. Fast internet and 65 inch screen is superb ( iphone / iPad support inside ). We did’nt cook inside so no comment about the stove etc. For me the bed was a bit too hard, but for my spouse it was just right. We really can recommend Carol’s apartment. And you will love the sound of the ocean - the paseo is very peaceful at night. Tapio and Erika

Alberto’s place was fantastic. Right by the beach with amazing views, clean and convenient with lots to do within walking distance. We had a great stay!

We booked this apartment as we were visiting Gran Canaria for 6 weeks. Me and my partner both work on our laptops and I take Zoom calls all day. Not once did we ever have problems with the wifi it was perfect. My partner said the kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in an airbnb. The location was perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants, the gym etc… The apartment was clean, spacious and spotless. We had a washing machine and a dryer which was ideal for a 6 weeks stay. The hosts were very helpful and checked us in no problem, if we ever needed any help or questions they were always quick to respond. I’m glad we stayed in this apartment as it had everything we needed and literally nothing to complain about.😄

A truly unique, special place to stay. The Atlantic Ocean is your nearest neighbour. Minutes from the airport & very easily found. Perfect for lovers who appreciate nature. A phenomenal view makes the house so special. The interior has met our taste well. The sea drowns out the existing road. One thing she doesn't mind, the other. However, the house is not quiet, but the sea comes to the house. This house has been chosen for this. A small car is recommended for the parking space. The nearby natural pools can be reached on foot. All other destinations quickly by car.

I had a wonderful stay at Sol’s place! She was incredibly responsible and responsive. The space was super clean, just like in the photos, and exactly as described. Getting in was easy, thanks to her clear and detailed instructions. Overall, Sol made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend staying here!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The house is just as described. Very comfortable and clean, nicely decorated. Right on the water. The sound of the waves on the rocks is wonderful, so relaxing. There is a grocery store a block away and a restaurant on the corner. Incredibly peaceful. The only issue we had was Google did not take us to the right address but Illuminada helped us find it. I would absolutely stay here again if we ever return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Ana has been a wonderful guest. He responds very quickly and has given us all kinds of facilities for check-in and check-out. I recommend staying at his house if you come to Gran Canarias.

A great house in a great location. Quiet neighborhood with some barking dogs from time to time. This didn't bother us much and we really like peace and quiet. At night it was mouse quiet. Really everything you could think of was present. Kitchen completely furnished. Sparkling clean and very cozily furnished house. You immediately feel at home. We loved beds, good night's sleep. The outdoor space is mega large and beautiful with a lovely jacuzzi. In mid-March you could find a place in the sun from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you prefer to sit in the shade, you can do so during the day. There are several seats and chairs. You don't have a view from the yard as it is walled high. The advantage is that you are very private. A car is highly recommendable. We always had a parking space at the house. The host is a sweet woman who was already waiting for us and showed us everything in the house. We thought it was so nice that we booked again for November and March 2026.

a truly perfect accommodation. very large house with a large terrace, equipped with everything, 2! bathrooms, quiet surroundings, not far into the center - also by public transport, safe neighborhood, great location, also supermarket bakery restaurant and cafes within walking distance, very warm hosts, fantastic views. everything was even better than expected, we had a wonderful relaxing vacation and this accommodation simply helped to enjoy this island! We had a great week’s stay at Ana’s Airbnb. It was exactly as described and had everything you could need and more, from beach chairs to sandwich makers. It was incredibly well equipped. Ana was very helpful and responsive, and left some nice recommendations including local restaurants. The location next to the beach was fantastic too. However, it should be noted that it is very noisy at night even for deep sleepers, so do take that into account. The doors to the balcony have single glazing and it faces a noisy street, partially due to the location next to the beach (lots of people around at night even in March) and partially because of the garbage bins (including glass) outside which are used by nearby restaurant staff even at 1am. The hallway of the building is also very noisy and you can hear anyone on the stairs/elevator as well as the neighbours. Overall, the Airbnb is immaculate and provides everything you need, but do keep that in mind if you don’t want noise.

The apartment is perfect for a great holiday in Las Palmas, whether you are on your own, a couple or a family. The flat is well equipped with everything you might need, from beach chairs and towels to yoga mat and a well equipped kitchen. The position is obviously great also, being just a couple of meters away from the sand of Las Canteras with lots of restaurants and bars all around you (check La Marinera and La Oliva restaurants) and also supermarkets and convenience stores. Overall a well-placed, well-equipped, very convenient apartment!

A gorgeous flat on the beach, with everything you need including a wide view ope. of the sun rise over the sea, and a homely feel. Highly recommend tho do note second bedroom is bunk beds....all beds were extremely comfy in all rooms. If you like a relatively quiet, authentic Canarian area. This is perfect x

Meluca is an exceptional host, so friendly and pleasant to talk to. We had a great time talking to her and she was always very responsive and helpful! She definitely made our check-in special! The apartment itself was as described with all the amenities needed. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Meluca had left us some extra towels for the beach which was appreciated. The location is really convenient with the beach just few steps away and many restaurants around, Overall, I would highly recommend the place and even more Meluca as a host!
