This modern property is situated in the bay of Alcudia in the popular Playa de Muro area. Conveniently located the villa is just a 15 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach, while a selection of restaurants and bars are even closer. During the early and later parts of the season a car may be necessary as some facilities located close by may not be available. Inside, the house is bright and comfortable whilst the cool, swimming pool is surrounded by paved sun terraces.

Its style has a lot of character but at the same time it has all the modern comforts, to enjoy a wonderful vacation. It has a Balinese bed, private pool, free WiFi, air conditioning, and heating. It has a nice and large area of terraces and garden, where the pool is located, and a chill out area to enjoy the outside, as well as a barbecue. The house is fully equipped, has air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi connection.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
