Conchi and Luis were very welcoming and the building is a beautiful old palacio full of art and curiosities. There is an atmospheric sense of history about the apartment. The hosts were attentive to all queries but also very respectful of my privacy during my stay. I was working, and the wifi speed and connection were excellent. The building is located in the busy historic centre of town, where there is a lot of renovation work ongoing—this noise can be a little challenging at times, but it soon becomes part of the El Puerto experience. Perhaps not for those looking for a modern hotel experience, but anyone who enjoys an authentic sense of place and history will enjoy their stay, as I did.

The house was phenomenal. It's wider than it looks in the photos, and with many details from Annabella. The communication was great, and we really appreciated your kindness. We would definitely repeat.

We had a great vacation in Villa Alegria. The weather is going along a lot and we enjoyed the wonderful garden with pool that we had. His father, Luis,looked out for us the entire stay, just in case we need anything. We had a super close shopping center, along with pharmacy, gas station in case we needed something, and but restaurants nearby. 100% recommended... we if we can, we will repeat.

Rafael is very responsive and very welcoming, he naturally offered to pick us up at the station when we were late for our arrival. During our stay, our badge demagnetized and Rafael intervened quickly to give us another badge. I highly recommend his accommodation as it is well-equipped.
