Magnifique Chalet de 95 m2 entièrement rénové à 7 mètres du lac d'Annecy, à 20 minutes d'Annecy et à 30 minutes des stations de ski. Vous aurez comme toile de fond une vue panoramique imprenable sur le Lac. Vous pourrez profiter du lac tout au long de la journée pour nager, faire des sorties en paddles ou canoés (deux paddles et un canoë sur place), ou faire une partie de pétanque (terrain sur place). Le sauna n’est pas encore fonctionnel !

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.
