The Appendix, our accommodation is an outbuilding of the house not overlooked directly, with private access. Quiet and ideally located studio in Annecy Seynod, 5 min drive from Annecy city center, 15 min by bus from the train station, 30 min walk from the city center, 30 min drive from the ski resort. Close to the mountains, the lake, you can enjoy the outdoor areas of the house as a couple, or solo. Several parking spaces on site. The kitchen is equipped and the accommodation is air-conditioned if needed.

Located between lake and mountain , in the heart of the beautiful village of Alex - nestled at the foot of the Dents de Lanfon (1824 m) and the Dent du Cruet (1833 m), halfway between Annecy and Thônes. A haven of peace with a splendid view, the Chalet Refuge is a perfect place to recharge your batteries as a family. Start of hikes at the foot of the chalet, La Clusaz 20 minutes, Lake Annecy 10 minutes.
