All 22 apartments are used exclusively by guests and rented as an entire accommodation (i.e., no shared bathroom, etc.) The apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, cutlery and plates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, air conditioning, etc. Bed linens and towels are also provided. Weekly cleaning is included for stays of 4 nights or more. The design focuses on an urban style with high standards in terms of materiality and individuality. Exposed concrete, herringbone parquet, details in brass and leather, and wall colors inspired by Farrow & Ball combine comfort with high quality.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table has a seating area with armchairs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet.
