The apartment is located f close to the beach. In the home you can find everything you need, from salt, spices, coffee, tea, dishes in the kitchen. It's stylishly decorated and makes you feel very good.

The house was spotless , everything was thought out carefully. The location is 5-6 minutes by car to the center, it is a quiet area , there is parking. There's nothing missing or negative I can say. Thanks Zwn: )

Thank you so much for everything. We were really well received and the room was clean. We did not have any problems with parking on the street. Restaurants and the beach were within walking distance. My only recommendation would be that the room screens should be even better about privacy.

Great house, very beautiful inside, very clean, the description of all the amenities was correct. Kyriaki was a great host, she was very responsive and had welcome us with fresh fruits and cold water in the fridge and it was very refreshing when we arrived. The house was a bit far from the centre, however it was in a quiet neighbourhood and the town is not that big so it was comfortable overall.

The single-storey house with a garden was brand new and clean. Beyond that, we had not experienced an accommodation where everything was so well thought out. Tea, coffee, delicately prepared breakfast products, a chilled bottle of wine in our fridge! We stayed in a five-star hotel room beyond an airbnb house. It was as if we were using the towels for the first time, and everything from five brands of shampoo to lotions in the bathroom was incredibly thoughtful. The wonderful couple Kostas, who live in the next building, greeted us with cold watermelon in the evening, and the next morning they sent us off with freshly baked cake. This must be the reason for being wrapped in cotton. The location of the house is 2.5 km from the city center. We were able to park our car in the garage in the garden of the house. You can reach the city by car in 5 minutes, and minibuses no. 26 pass right in front of it. We walked to the city one night and came back without any difficulty. It was great that it was 1 km away from our favorite Lefkes restaurant. We also reached Makri and Ai Giorgi beaches in 15 minutes. Thanks for everything, Kostas!

Konstantinos was a great host, very kind and friendly. He also replies very quickly, which helps not to worry about anything. We even had a small problem our last day, and he was accommodating and understanding.

Overall, staying at Georgios’ place was a fantastic experience. He warmly welcomed us at check-in and provided us with valuable information about the apartment and its surroundings. The price was reasonable, and we felt very comfortable with our one-year-old son. The apartment was conveniently located near major attractions such as restaurants, beaches, and the town center. Everything was as we expected, which is the definition of quality. The location of the apartment is good, close to everywhere, a few steps to the beach, everything needed at home, the host is interested and helpful. I definitely recommend it

The house was much more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Everything is thought out to the finest detail, from treats to towels You can leave your beautiful vehicle in your own parking lot and reach the city center in 4-5 minutes.

The place was clean, nice and comfortable. You can park in front of the house and walk everywhere in the town. There were enough bed sheets and towels for each person. Kitchen was fully equipped with even Turkish coffee machine, coffee and sugar. It was a very lovely experience and I fully recommend this place.

The host was very hospitable and caring. There were even ingredients for breakfast at home. The house was clean, comfortable and within walking distance to the center. The tavern and beach recommendations given by the host were very accurate.

My mother and I (77&48 years) are already at this property for the 2nd time and will prefer them again when visiting Alexandroupoli again. The location is perfect, the view just great! You are right in the center with all the tavernas, cafes and bars. For the rental car, there is a secured parking space directly opposite in the harbor. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment.

If you are planning on booking this apartment you just have already checked the surroundings and activities around. So my two cents is just go for it. Maria was helpful in many ways. Check-in was effortless. Private parking was great. Even the neighbor lady next door smiled a kalimera to us. We had a great stay and I’m sure you will too!
