Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Alfama, Lisbon

Maria was a fantastic host. The apartment was the perfect little place to stay, before travelling to Lisbon airport. This is a lovely, peaceful part of the city with lovely cafes nearby. The outside terrace is a lovely touch and the room was comfy and cozy.

Super séjour à Lisbonne. Très belle maison, fidèle aux photos et à la description. Convient très bien à un groupe de 6 personnes. Bien située, quartier calme, à une dixaine de minutes du centre-ville et à proximité des transports en commun. Restaurants et magasins aux alentours. Seuls petits points négatifs : un bouton était cassé dans la baignoire, l’eau mettait beaucoup de temps à devenir chaude et il n’y avait pas de savon dans une des douches. Mis à part ces quelques détails, tout était parfait ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Wonderful stay at Sofia‘s place. My daughter and I created some wonderful memories. She was really helpful the entire time we were there, especially with my broken adapter and suggestions for what to do with a limited amount of time. Would like to stay here again someday. Wir haben uns von Anfang an super wohl gefühlt. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Schöne Einrichtung, tolle Lage, viele Möglichkeiten zu essen und zu frühstücken

Ricardos Place was great for our family of four (Kids 3,5 and 5 months). Easily accessible, a lot of cool stuff for kids and close to some interesting places and public transportation. Just around a Main Street the place is truly calm and we felt safe at all times. The place is great for lovers of architecture and has a really nice color gamma. Een heel fijn huis met een lekker zwembad erbij. Minuur of 10 rijden van het strand en een klein half uur naar het centrum van Lissabon. De eigenaar is goed bereikbaar en beantwoord netjes alle vragen die je hebt en kan ook allerlei tips geven over wat te doen.

You honestly have to see it to believe it! The house is such a treasure. We stayed as a family of five, 3 boys ages 9,5 and 4 years old. They did not want to leave :) João was an exceptional host and went beyond to be sure we had everything we needed! Great restaurants just a few minutes walk away and supermarket 5 minute drive away

Filipa's Alfama Airbnb was truly impeccable. We all agreed that this Airbnb made our vacation. This was our first time in Portugal, and we would come back just for this Airbnb. It was clean, picturesque, centrally located, and made for a relaxing vacation. Our favorite aspects were the location, natural light, and swimming pool. Filipa was responsive, helpful, and kind. I recommend staying here to anyone. We loved staying in the heart of Alfama – the neighborhood was walkable and full of restaurants and sightseeing. Our only feedback was that it was a little difficult to locate on Google Maps upon arrival, but once we remembered the location, it was easier. So absolutely worth it.

The Alfama is a historic district that is something everyone should experience; it is lively and boisterous as well as peaceful and quiet, depending on the time of day. The apartment is incredibly gorgeous and clean. We felt welcome and well taken care of. The neighborhood is exceptional.I would love to go back there sometime.

We had an amazing stay at Susana’s place :-) Though, we didn’t expect to climb up such steep and narrow steps up to the apartment but we managed! Susana was responsive, kind and very helpful. Check-in was a breeze and the location is perfect— right in the middle of bustling street in the heart of Lisbon, made this stay incredibly worth it :-) The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, with gorgeous views out into the sea from the balcony and a humble pantry for cooking. Highly recommend.

Four of us stayed for 3 nights. The house is lovely , spacious and clean. The location is great as well. We all love it very much. The landlord is very nice and always responds promptly.

Liebe Ana, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der wunderschön Eingerichteten Wohnung. Kompliment! Einzig der Baulärm nebenan und dass wir uns mit den Schalltafeln ein wenig eingeengt gefühlt haben, war es einfach super toll! Vielen Dank für alles. Ein Putzlappen wäre noch praktisch gewesen um die Flächen zu reinigen, ansonsten war alle vorhanden, danke auch dafür. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Ein kleiner Balkon mit einem Tisch bietet die Möglichkeit für ein Frühstück o.ä. im Freien. Die zweckmässig eingerichtete Küche schliesst an den Wohnbereich an. Das Schlafzimmer beherbergt ein Doppelbett und grosszügige Schränke mit viel Stauraum. Die zentrale Lage ist einfach der Hammer. Viele Hotspots sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Luis reagiert sofort auf Anfragen und liefert nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. Bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Lissabon würden wir sofort wieder dieselbe Wohnung buchen.

One of the best we have stayed in, clean and well set up. Convenient location to tourist sights and restaurants , great coffee shop across the road.

Lucy and Mat were really accommodating and kind, and their apartment was in the perfect location for exploring Lisbon. The place was very clean and we particularly enjoyed the view from the terrace. The apartment had all the amenities you would need and felt like a home away from home. We would recommend Lucy and Mat's place to anyone and would definitely look to stay with them again if we find ourselves back in Lisbon.

This place was in an ideal location to explore the old town, and only a short walk to a stunning viewpoint over Lisbon. The parking was safe and very handy, inside a courtyard and off the street.

Beautiful! I don’t know where to start - Catarina is an amazing host. If you want to experience all Lisbon has to offer stay at her place and follow her recommendations. The apartment is better than the pics. The views are indescribable and worth every step it takes to get there. A water/city view AND a botanical garden view. It’s all true and being able to choose every day is something you won’t find at another spot. The location is completely walkable. There is an amazing bookstore two doors down and a crazy delicious gelato store right across the street. I could go on but will leave the rest for others to discover. Thank you Catarina for your welcoming spirit and spot on suggestions.

The rooftop apartment is fabulous with a highlight the gorgeous large terrace at the back- sunny and private. Perfect for breakfast and aperitivos in the evening! Clara’s restaurant recommendations were helpful and excellent. The stairs are steep ( but we were warned) and the square is very popular with a young & loud crowd, so very noisy until late at night. Clara is planning to put in double glazed windows which should make a difference. There are cafes, bars and restaurants around the square as well as a small supermarket. The area is beautiful and public transport is very accessible. Clara responded to all questions & requests immediately. This is a very lovely apartment!!! Highly recommend

A great Airbnb - the balconies are huge. the space is quiet at night and while the road it's on doesn't have much, you're only a few minutes from main streets and side streets full of shops and restaurants.

We had the absolute best time staying here! It was the perfect spot if you wanted it a little quieter but still a very close to the city center! Nicolas & Maria Carols were wonderful and very responsive!

Logement extrêmement bien placé. Nous avons tout visité à pied. La cuisine est bien équipée ! Le lit de la chambre principale est bien, il y avait aussi un lit de bébé. Nous avons aimé le balcon, bien qu’il demeure petit, mais c’est la norme dans ce secteur de la ville. Nous en avons beaucoup profité lors du petit déjeuner, c’était super. Quelques points à noter, le divan lit est plus ou moins confortable, très mou. Nous étions en période de canicule, c’était assez chaud à l’intérieur puisqu’il n’y avait pas d’air climatisé, toutefois l’hôte a laisser des ventilateurs qui aidaient beaucoup. Je suis très satisfaite du séjour chez Josie et elle nous répondait rapidement en cas de question.

It was my 2nd time in the appartment and I cannot wait to return. The flexible check-in via key box is amazing let alone the supermercado on the bottom of the Costa de Castelho. I will definetly book for 2026!!! Obrigado.

A Perfect Stay! We had a great week at the apartment, everything was just right. It’s perfectly located for exploring the local area, and the terrace is absolutely stunning, our favourite spot to relax! The place was spotless throughout and incredibly well-equipped, from kitchen spices to a hair dryer. The host was friendly, helpful, and always quick to communicate. We’d definitely recommend this B&B and would love to come back!
