Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Alfama, Lisbon

This apartment in the Baixa is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The appliances and bathroom fixtures are high quality and work well. The keypads for the door to the building and to the apartment are easy to use. Margarida provided some helpful tips about the area regarding the local supermarket, etc. For our sightseeing, we walked or took buses or metro almost all of the time, with only a few Uber rides. This was a great spot for our time in Lisbon!

Had the best stay here! Great location, spacious apartment and it was immaculately clean. I especially loved the special touches like local decor and fresh plants. The hosts are so thoughtful! I was having trouble scheduling a taxi to the airport on my last day an Henrique not only booked it for me but woke up at 6am to make sure I got it. I appreciated that so much. Would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Lisbon 😊

We loved staying here! After a long day out we were excited to go back to the Airbnb and rest or hangout. The hosts are very generous, hospitable, friendly, and responsive! They prepared us with touring and restaurant ideas and helped us navigate getting around the city! It felt like home!

Staying here allows you to fully experience the local customs and people, and you can directly talk to the people downstairs from the terrace, which is very lively.There is a small supermarket downstairs to buy fruit, water and snacks, which is very convenient.

This apartment is perfect, it’s in a great location - with easy walkable access to all lovely sites Lisbon has to offer. It is also a few mins away from bus, tram and metro if you want to use public transport. The apartment has everything you need and was both pretty and comfortable. The building itself is beautiful and traditional, plus the proximity of the water gave it a relaxing feel even though it’s in the heart of the city. The host was really great and proactive at checking we had all the instructions to gain access and was on hand if needed. I highly recommend this property - a perfect find.

This apartment was very comfortable, and easy to use. The building is full of other rentals, so it has a smooth entry and usually someone in the lobby to provide information. When we arrived, the dryer did not work, but Sinan fairly quickly got someone over to fix it. For me, the location was a bit more in the tourist zone than I like, so there were usually lots of people around. But it was in the middle of many attractions, and there was always an Uber nearby. The Time Out market is walkable and the Familjen restaurant a bit further away is Highly recommend. We never felt unsafe. I would have liked some insider sightseeing and restaurant recommendations, and transit tips in the apartment manual, like most other Airbnb's. But with the internet, maybe that's no longer necessary. There was a nice bottle of wine on the table when we arrived, and we enjoyed drinking it on the balcony in the evening.

Exactly as described, no surprises! Perfect for a couple or a family with a small child. Accessible through very steep stairs so not suitable for those with mobility concerns.

We had a fantastic stay at Sofia’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. She took the time to personally meet us, brought us some fresh Pastéis de Belém and wine, which made our experience feel very special. Her instructions and recommendations were incredibly helpful, ensuring we felt comfortable and knew the best places to explore. Whether it was tips on local restaurants or guidance on how to navigate the area, her insights made our trip so much smoother. The space itself was cozy and well-equiped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The appartement is on 3 floors, there is 1 bathroom on 1st floor to be used for bedroom on 3rd floor. The other bathroom is within the masterbed room. We truly appreciate the personal touch and care that Sofia puts into hosting, and we would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a great experience. She also accomodated an earlier check-in as our flights arrived early morning.

We hosted an intimate wedding at the Quinta and everyone loved it. It has nice views morning and night. The quinta is big to have some family stay over with us. Antonio is very responsive whenever we need help aswell. A little bit hard to find on google maps or uber/bolt, but you just need to be clear on instructions for guests coming. Sintra town is very closeby too, lots of parking space if you have car 😊

Ricardos Place was great for our family of four (Kids 3,5 and 5 months). Easily accessible, a lot of cool stuff for kids and close to some interesting places and public transportation. Just around a Main Street the place is truly calm and we felt safe at all times. The place is great for lovers of architecture and has a really nice color gamma. Really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, set at the base of the hill to walk up to Pena Palace or explore the historic district but not smack in the middle of it. Quiet, private and super clean. Loved everything about it and our stay.

A very nice house with a nice swimming pool. A minute or 10 drive from the beach and a small half hour to the center of Lisbon. The owner is easily accessible and answers all the questions you have and can also give all kinds of tips on what to do.

Great place! Very walkable to downtown Lisbon (thankful for the nearby escalator that takes you right up the hill!). Paula was great - our flight arrived late and she stayed up to welcome us with a bottle of wine & clear check in instructions. Would certainly stay again!

The condo was better than expected, beautiful and pristine with all the necessary kitchen items. The bedding and towels smelled wonderful!

The space was great and worked for two adults and a toddler. We had a few luggage’s and a stroller to carry to the top floor which was a work out but we knew what we were getting ourselves into because Hanna is mentioned it in her details. This area was perfect for what we needed.
