In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

The construction quality, the materials and the design will make you feel home.. Appartement situé à SEIXAL,petit village pittoresque dans la baie sud face à Lisbonne.L'appartement à une grande terrasse avec vu sur le taje.Le centre de Lisbonne est accessible en 15 minutes grâce à de nombreux ferrys à 500 mètres de l'appartement.Il est situé à 20 minutes des plus plages (Costa da Caparica.......) quartier calme avec de nombreux commerces,bars,restaurants......zone piétonne le long de la berge pour la marche ,course à pied,vélo.....
