Bright and modern apartment in the city centre. Alcaravaneras beach is 3 minutes by walk, Las Canteras beach is 10 minutes by walk from the home. The home has been recently refurbished to the highest standard with all brand new amenities and furnitures. In the neighbourhood, you'll find everything you need, shops such as Zara and El Corte Inglés, shopping centre, several restaurants (Japanese, Italian and Spanish), bars, supermarkets and the local market all within walking distance.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Lovely 2-bedroom roof top flat with a spacious terrace where you can enjoy your meals and cook on an electric BBQ. Located just next to the surf beach La Cicer on Las Canteras Beach. Nearby you also have Centro Comercial Las Arenas and Auditorio Alfredo Kraus. From the terrace you have a staircase leading up to a top terrace where there are drying lines to hang up your washing. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.
