Most of the properties we manage are privately owned, allowing us to maintain a consistent, natural, and serene style — with the service of a hotel and the warmth of a home. 🏡 General description and layout: Las Canteras Sun is a bright, modern, and beautifully designed apartment located on the sixth floor of a small and quiet building with only four apartments per floor. The elevator starts on the first level, as the ground floor is occupied by a commercial space with its own separate access from the street. To reach the apartment, you’ll enter the main door using a code provided before your arrival, go up about 15 steps to the first floor, and then take the elevator directly to the sixth floor, where the apartment is located. Upon exiting the elevator, you’ll access the apartment directly. Inside, you’ll find a modern, functional, and carefully decorated space, ideal for relaxing, working, or enjoying a seaside getaway. The interior combines neutral tones, microcement finishes, and natural materials that create a feeling of calm, harmony, and wellbeing. 🛏 Bedroom: A cozy and comfortable independent bedroom featuring two 1x2 m beds joined as a King-size bed (2x2 m) with hotel-quality mattresses. It includes a large wardrobe, safe, natural ventilation through a window, air conditioning (from the living room), and a 55” LG Smart TV with internet access. All bedding is 100% white cotton, with two individual Nordic duvets and their covers. The window is fitted with blackout curtains, allowing for complete darkness and a restful night’s sleep. 🚿 Bathroom: A full bathroom finished in microcement, featuring a spacious walk-in shower. It comes equipped with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, as well as bath towels and color-coded beach towels. The bathroom is located immediately to the right upon entering the apartment. 🍳 Kitchen – Living – Dining area: The main area is open-plan and filled with natural light, combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room in a single, welcoming space. The kitchen is fully equipped for long stays and includes a dishwasher, oven-microwave, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, kettle, toaster, and blender, plus essential cleaning products and detergent tablets for both the dishwasher and washing machine. A welcome pack is also provided, including tea, coffee capsules, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, a large bottle of water, and a small complimentary treat. The living room features a sofa bed (always available at no extra cost, with bedding included), a second 55” LG Smart TV, and air conditioning, creating a comfortable space for both relaxation and remote work. 🧺 Laundry area: The apartment includes a washing machine and dryer integrated into the kitchen, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies for guest use. 🔐 Check-in: Access is easy and fully autonomous, via a key lockbox with code located at the apartment door — no need to coordinate arrival times. ⭐ Ideal for couples or business stays: Las Canteras Sun is perfect for those seeking comfort, design, and tranquility in a privileged location just a few meters from Las Canteras Beach. Designed to offer you a holiday to remember, with capacity for up to 4 guests, they have a surface area of 94m². Equipped with two bedrooms with double or twin beds and separate bathrooms, they offer the privacy and comfort you need. In these flats you will find a kitchen, living-dining room and a balcony where you can enjoy the open air feeling the Atlantic breeze. Fully equipped, with bed and bath linen, kitchen utensils and crockery, flat screen TV, Wifi, air conditioning, safe. Also designed for the little ones in the house with cot, high chair and children's gel. Cleaning service: At TocToc Suites Olof Palme, towels and tea towels are changed every 4 nights (from the 5th day onwards). For stays of more than 7 nights (from the 8th day onwards), a basic cleaning service is included free of charge (bathrooms, bedrooms, change of towels, tea towels and bed linen, dusting and floor cleaning). The cave house hangs like a swallow's nest on the slope. It is particularly impressive with its fantastic sea view and south-west orientation. In good weather you can see to the neighboring island of Tenerife. Both bedrooms and the living room are located in the cave part of the house. In the extension there is the eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, panoramic window and shower as well as the separate toilet/washroom. There is a small terrace and a rooftop terrace with chill-out area and barbecue.

Nice apartment, very well equiped, full of light, of about 50 square meters and consisting of 1 bedroom, bathroom and living room open to the kitchen. It is located in a pedestrian street (fourth floor with lift) only a few meters from the beach and in the best area of the capital of Gran Canaria to enjoy the city. You can use everything in the house- usually we'll leave some water, olive oil, spices, salt, coffee, and all the basics. We offer you lots of towells and beautiful linen.
