The elevator starts on the first level, as the ground floor is occupied by a commercial space with separate street access. To reach the apartment, you’ll enter the main door using a code provided before your arrival, go up about 15 steps to the first floor, and then take the elevator directly to the sixth floor, where the apartment is located. Upon entering, guests find a modern, functional, and carefully designed space, perfect for relaxing, working, or enjoying a seaside getaway. The interior features neutral tones, microcement finishes, and natural materials that create a sense of calm, harmony, and wellbeing. 🛏 Bedroom: A comfortable and cozy independent bedroom featuring two 1x2 m beds joined as a King-size bed (2x2 m) with hotel-quality mattresses. It includes a large wardrobe, safe, natural ventilation through a window, air conditioning (connected to the living area), and a 55" LG Smart TV with Internet access. All bedding is 100% white cotton, with two individual Nordic duvets and their covers. The window is fitted with blackout curtains to ensure total darkness for a restful sleep. 🚿 Bathroom: A full bathroom decorated in microcement, with a spacious walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for long stays, including a dishwasher, oven-microwave combo, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, kettle, toaster, and blender, plus cleaning essentials and detergent tablets for both the dishwasher and washing machine. A welcome pack is also provided with tea, coffee capsules, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, a large bottle of water, and a small complimentary treat. Cleaning service: At TocToc Suites Olof Palme, towels and tea towels are changed every 4 nights (from the 5th day onwards). For stays of more than 7 nights (from the 8th day onwards), a basic cleaning service is included free of charge (bathrooms, bedrooms, change of towels, tea towels and bed linen, dusting and floor cleaning). A full clean of the property will be carried out on departure. If you wish to request any additional cleaning service, you must contact the establishment (for a fee).

Romantic Cave house "La Mariposa"

The cave house hangs like a swallow's nest on the slope. It is particularly impressive with its fantastic sea view and south-west orientation. In good weather you can see to the neighboring island of Tenerife. Both bedrooms and the living room are located in the cave part of the house. In the extension there is the eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, panoramic window and shower as well as the separate toilet/washroom. There is a small terrace and a rooftop terrace with chill-out area and barbecue.

It is located in a pedestrian street (fourth floor with lift) only a few meters from the beach and in the best area of the capital of Gran Canaria to enjoy the city. You can use everything in the house- usually we'll leave some water, olive oil, spices, salt, coffee, and all the basics. We offer you lots of towells and beautiful linen.

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six guests. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But you can't see anything of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
