The villa is located in a quiet area, tastefully decorated, with 2 terraces, 1 with dining table under the canopy and 1 at the BBQ, 2 fireplaces, BBQ, and heated 10 m long swimming pool, (heated in the period 15 Sept. to 15 April) to 26 degrees. Equipped with a modern fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for golfers, close to 9+18 holes course. The Amadores and Tauro Beach at 2km and next to Puerto Rico with lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Book a minimum of 7 nights

The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

The chicken coop used to be here. But you can't see anything of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
