Holiday rentals with beach access in Alicante

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

Sonia’s appartement was perfect for our resting holidays. The view is very relaxing, we slept very well, the tunnel to the beach is magic. Restaurants are delicious and a very good bakery is just down the flat with also small supermarkets. There’s everything you need in the flat to make your stay very confortable like if you were at home. Sonia is very welcoming and flexible, we would love to stay again in the flat for a future holiday in Alicante.

Amazing apartment, hosts extremely attentive, helpful and everything was in the apartment that you could need. My only slight minor criticism was that two of the bedrooms were clearly children’s rooms and there were toys in the living room which may be useful for some but not us. The bathroom door is also a substitute which doesn’t lend to the overall amazing-ness of the apartment. Having said those minor points do not be discouraged from booking it. The view is totally wow and possibly the best I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend it highly enough or Begoña for her welcome and friendliness. Thank you, we’ll be back.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

A wonderful accommodation, clean, very comfortable, well equipped and very well located, with a private terrace and wonderful views of the Rock framed between the green of the pines and the blue of the sea. There are 3 coves nearby that you can walk to with crystal clear waters. Isaac is very attentive to clarifying our doubts. Highly recommended. Looking forward to coming back.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Beautiful accommodation to relax and yet close to all kinds of beautiful locations (sandy beach in Calpe, the authentic city of Althea, close to the bustling Benidorm). Jorge always responded within the hour and immediately thought along with us if we encountered a problem somewhere. It is interesting to note that silence was requested at the swimming pool between 2 pm and 5 pm in the afternoon. We solved this by going to the pebble beach at the hotel, or to the beach in Calpe just 10 minutes away. Had a great holiday with our two kids!

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

The apartment is located in the center so the location is perfect. Spacious and comfortable living room and terrace, well-equipped kitchen. A little cramped bedroom (especially in the heat) but it resolves with fans and air conditioning. Anna and Andrea are great hosts. The location is definitely strong, I recommend it
