Επίσης το μετρό απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια απ'το διαμέρισμα. Περιλαμβάνει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και τηλεόραση με netflix, ένα μπάνιο, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με τα απολύτως απαραίτητα και μπαλκόνι με θέα τον κήπο. This charming semi basement studio apartment with a private entrance is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood next to the beach. It has been renovated recently in order to fulfill every traveller's everyday needs. It can acccommodate up to four people. We don't have private parking slot . You can park free on the street near the place.We've never had a problem or been overly concerned about it either.

A stunning newly build welcome studio at the top floor of the building.It houses a huge private balcony that offers a unique view of the Athenian Riviera.Elegantly decorated inside. It also offers a fully equiped kitchen. The Penthouse is located 5-6 minutes from the beach on foot. The elevator will give you a lift to the fifth floor and afterwards you will need to use a staircase in order to access it.
