Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!

We loved this place, it was very clean and the beds was comfortable. It was nice having 3 full bathrooms, nobody was fighting over who was taking a shower first. The full kitchen was great with everything that we needed. Washer and Dryer was nice so we didn't have to bring back so many dirty clothes. The location was great, and within a few minutes of walking we was on the beach. We enjoyed having our own outdoor shower to wash off the sand before going indoors. There was a store right across the street and also a dollar store within minutes down the road. My children had a great time and we can't wait to go back, hopefully very soon!!!!

What a wonderfully quaint place. Super clean with personal touches that made the stay so nice. We live in a beachy location and it was so nice that they had everything that we would normally have at home. From the moment we arrived we felt right at place. We look forward to returning to Mexico Beach so that we can stay at this Airbnb again.

Christopher was a great host. Very generous, accommodating and attentive. The place was very clean. It was private and peaceful with an amazing view. Highly recommend this place and this host.
